Zhang's Buffet

I recently dined at the buffet and had a mixed experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the food itself was a huge letdown. Most of the dishes were dry and cold, lacking flavor and freshness. It's disappointing because the warm service really set the stage for a much better dining experience. I hope they can improve the quality of their food to match the hospitality of their staff

Do not come here DO NOT place is nice inside but food is terrible you have a 100% getting sick here my family decided to come here because friendly buffet we usually go to was closed and this one was open and have not been here before. Habachi was terrible there was plastic wrap underneath the meat. Nothing was restocked. Everything was not fresh calamari was not cooked was white. All the food that we tried eating, we threw out of our mouth I do not recommend this place at all. It is unsanitary cross contamination I do not recommend stay away from this place Calling New York health Department in this photo goes to show u all the food that was thrown outta our mouths

I will NOT return to this China buffet the selection was bottom end basic but they charge you 17.99 for the dinner my total was 22.19 which included a drink.. I've paid less and enjoyed better food quality and selection. There are other China buffets in Buffalo. if there were an option to put certain businesses in a filter that won't allow places like this to come up I would definitely create such a filter just for this place so we to not mistakenly return........WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT !!!!

The service here is horrible.The price is even worse..They act like they don’t know what your saying when you complain…The food is terrible I feel some years ago it used to taste better..The food is always cold &hard..everytime I come here I feel sick …It’s terrible to top it off the ice cream they had in there since 2000…Very hard&its very hard to scrap it out.freezer burn ..I don’t understand how are you supposed to make a salad with big pieces of lettuce..no options for that either…croutons were stale,they only have cucumbers&tomato.. $50 wasted ..My dad&I .my 6 yr old daughter $8.40 for a few pieces of chicken &noodles..I feel they charge different prices whatever they make up..

It used to be better. Now it's oily, not hot, sitting too long, and they don't like to fill the food containers. They try to leave the food until it all gone before refreshing the pans. I had to ask more than once if I could have some fresh food.
