Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the best Zaxbys I’ve been at in Clayton county! The food is way better here than the other locations and the service is super fast. It’s actually the cleanest too! Thank you for being great!

Worst experience ever! It's 10:10pm on 3-6-25 and you're not greeted at the speaker correctly! The guy 1st said they only had toast, and fries then he changed it to tenders, toast, and fries! They still almost have a whole hour to serve customers and they are too sorry to cook a full menu! I drove 20 minutes for nothing! Never coming here again! I'm going next door to lazy crab because at least they are open! So ghetto with horrible service!

I had a pickup door-dash order i came to get then i came up here and got the guy say someone picked it up already and we show him at the window and they had it on the counter so unorganized. Then i asked for extra sauce and he turn around and rolls his eyes and got me the sauce. WONT BE COMING BACK HERE!!

Lady at the drive thru asked us to stop at the black pole before getting to the actual drive thru window. This is likely done so that there is no timer activated when you pull up to the window. Meaning she can take her sweet time getting your food to you because you’re not on the timer by stopping behind the black pole. Also, get rid of the attitude. We all have a job to do, if you don’t like yours, don’t punish other people for it.

I wanted to try the chicken Philly and I’m usually not too picky, received dry chicken and a pitiful amount of cheese, and no sauce if it even comes with any . Is what it is, not gonna order or recommend the chicken Philly to anyone. Their salads are good atleast. Doesn’t make sense that they put hot chicken ontop of lettuce on a Togo salad. Real rocket science .
