About ZAAP Kitchen of Casa Linda

ZAAP Kitchen of Casa Linda, located at 1152 N Buckner Blvd Suite 129 in Dallas, Texas, is an Asian restaurant offering a range of dishes. Based on recent customer feedback, the experience appears to be somewhat mixed.

One customer expressed significant disappointment with their order of fresh rolls, noting that the peanut sauce was missing and was replaced with two unfamiliar oils. This oversight resulted in an unsatisfactory meal, especially as it was the only item ordered for a late-night work shift.

Another customer ordered Pad Thai with Tofu and Red Curry with Tofu, both at a spice level of 3. They found the dishes to be generally good but noted a sweetness in both. The red curry was reported to have a generous amount of tofu and sauce but contained only a few pieces each of bamboo shoots, peas, peppers, and basil. This customer would have preferred more fresh vegetables, as they typically expect in authentic red curries. The meal was served with Jasmine rice.

Based on these reviews, ZAAP Kitchen of Casa Linda offers dishes like Pad Thai and Red Curry, along with fresh rolls. However, potential local users should be aware of possible issues with order accuracy, such as missing sauces, and a tendency for some dishes to be sweeter than expected with a limited amount of fresh vegetables. The environment and other services beyond the food and order accuracy are not detailed in the provided reviews.

For those in the Casa Linda area of Dallas looking for Asian cuisine, ZAAP Kitchen is an option, but it may be prudent to double-check orders for completeness and be mindful that some dishes might be sweeter and contain fewer vegetables than traditionally prepared. seriously disappointed. I ordered fresh rolls and they left out my peanut sauce but added two oils instead which i’ve never had before. The only thing i ordered for lunch right before i go to work deep nights, so i’m stuck with this trash.

I ordered Pad Thai with Tofu and Red Curry with Tofu both at a level 3 spice. Overall they were good but ran on the sweet side. The red curry had lots of tofu and sauce in it but just a couple pieces each of bamboo shoots, peas, peppers and basil. I definitely would have liked more fresh vegetables as authentic red curries usually have. Was served with Jasmine rice.

We were finally able to try this place out ! Did not disappoint, the red curry (spice level2) was delicious, sweet, savory, spicy! The drunken noodles (spice level 3) were so savory. We also had their cream cheese rolls, crispy and flaky, they are thin and a few come to an order.

Drunken noodle with beef was delicious even though the top was little bit cold, the bottom was warm and the taste was good. Waiting time was longer than i expected. The store was pretty clean and staff were friendly.

It was so bad. The tofu had spoiled so I couldn't eat the Pad Thai. My sticky rice had mold on it... no joke... how is that possible? Had to throw that out, too. Garlic riblets were ok but I was somewhat scared to eat it... just seemed like a food safety hazard. Hope I don't get sick.
