Z!Eats (Formerly Zoup!)

Last time I ate here it was amazing. Today I ordered 2 Spicy chicken and broccoli broth bowl for takeout. They put greens in my broth bowl that don’t belong and it got soggy and slimy and ruined the entire dish. $24 down the drain

Very courteous staff offered free samples of the soup, they offer catering, delicious turkey club sandwich, toasted AND several ice teas

The rewards machine has not worked in over a year, difficulty keeping staff it seems. Oven has been broken a few times I've stopped. Each time I order 8 pieces of bread because my autistic son loves the bread. Now apon ordering they did not tell me they had no butter. I feel like to spite every other issue they have this would be something to mention. He simply curtly said use the soup. Well I did not buy 8 pieces of bread for a tiny bowl of soup. Also this time usually the food is super fresh but this time the veggies tasted hard or raw. So your mileage may vary but my prediction is if they do not step up this place it will go under for as much as they charge.

Their soups are delicious. I tried a sample of Alligator Gumbo, Chicken Pot Pie, Corn Crab Chowder and Lobster Bisque. I ended up buying alligator gumbo and corn crab chowder. Was a tough decision deciding they all were delicious. And the staff were knowledgeable, kind, willing to help. There were only 2 employees I saw and they were working hard. It's so worth the wait and I will be back. Thank you for making delicious food.

Kitty and Izzy were OUTSTANDING!!! We were soooo excited to see a Zoup! in Portage, MI; we couldn’t wait to go there. They’re CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING and the food was/IS FANTASTIC! Can’t wait to visit there again. We spoke with NEW Zoup Customers and gave our suggestions for things to try and it was totally a taste fest in there.😋SUPERIOR SERVICE! EXQUISITE FAIRE!
