About Z!Eats (Formerly Zoup!)

Z!Eats, formerly known as Zoup!, is a restaurant located at 25254 Evergreen Rd in Southfield, Michigan. While the platform category is listed as Chinese Restaurant, customer reviews indicate that the establishment primarily offers a variety of soups and sandwiches.

One customer highly recommended the chicken pot pie soup, describing it as "super good" and a reliable favorite. However, this same customer experienced an issue with their order of chicken tortilla soup, as the tortillas, considered an essential part of the dish, were missing from the bag. This led to them not eating the soup and resulted in a one-star deduction from their otherwise positive review. They still considered it a "great place" despite this error.

In contrast, another customer had a significantly negative experience. They ordered the lobster bisque and "The Wreck" sandwich and reported being very disappointed with the soup. The lobster bisque was described as "disgusting," tasteless, colorless, and having a thick, lumpy texture, making it inedible for this customer. While they found the sandwich to be good, its preparation and wrapping were described as "very sloppy." This reviewer, who had enjoyed Zoup! in the past, felt that Z!Eats did not meet those previous standards and stated they do not intend to eat there again.

Based on these reviews, Z!Eats (formerly Zoup!) has received mixed feedback. The chicken pot pie soup appears to be a standout item for some, while the lobster bisque was highly criticized by another. There have also been issues reported with missing order components and the presentation of food items. If you are in the Southfield area and considering Z!Eats, it might be prudent to be specific with your order and expectations.

You can contact Z!Eats at (248) 849-9898 or +1 248-849-9898.

The chicken pot pie soup never fails me! Omg it's super good! I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup, but guess what? They didn't put my tortillas in the bag, so I didn't even eat the soup. That's my favorite part of the soup, just like the crust sprinkles are my favorite part of the chicken pot pie soup. If the crust wasn't in the bag, I wouldn't have eaten the chicken pot pie either. Luckily, it was because it was delicious! The only reason I took 1 star away is because of the missing tortillas! 😕 sorry! Great place, though! :)

Ordered on 11/7/22 via UberEats Order: Mexican Street Corn Salad Soup & Sandwich(Spicy Black Bean Chili & Chicken Toscana) This was my first time ordering from a Zoup! restaurant. It definitely won’t be my last. The food was beyond amazing. The soup was a 3.5/5 on the spice level, and 10/10 on flavor. Rich, hearty, and warm. I’d elbow my grandma for another cup. The Chicken Toscana was great. The bread was rustic, the basil mayo was amazing, the chicken chunks weren’t too thin or large, and they grilled those onions and peppers to perfection. The greatest part was the Mexican Street Corn Salad. I mean, wow. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was more of a rice bowl than a salad, though there were greens in there. That Mayo and hot sauce combo *chef’s kiss*. This salad was probably one of the best things I’ve had the pleasure of devouring all year. It was filling, but every time I put it down I went back for more. I’d wrestled 6 crocodiles for another bowl. I’m excited to try more of their salads, and that’s a statement in itself. Do your tastebuds a solid and get a soup, salad, and sandwich. This was a holy trifecta of a meal, and I love them for it!

I came to this location for the first time on 12-03-2019. I went with the Try Two option. Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque and The Turkey & Bacon Club. The soup and sandwich were fantastic. I had their vintage lemonade. I didn't know that was a thing. However, it was terrific. It was pretty busy, but I was able to order pretty quickly and got my food pretty quick. It has plenty of seats to dine in, and when warm weather hits, they have outdoor seating as well.

This location does not let you sample the soup. They said because of corporate policy changes. The change was that they are not supposed to offer, but if a customer asks it’s ok to give a sample. I will go to another location, Nortwestern hwy appreciates their customers.
