We always order the Classic Rice Noodle Soup (free noodle refill) and the Beef with Chili Sauce. Highly recommend to get the $20 VIP membership. Favour and quality are consistent across different Yunshang locations.

Quick seating, fast service and order by phone. You can get a free refill of noodles. The sauerkraut fish tasted very good. However the tripe and braised chicken fell short. I would definitely recommend the noodles over the braised chicken.

Nice, fast, convenient bowl of noodles. My gf and I always get the supreme beef tomato broth soup noodles. Big bowl of noodles, nice portion of beef (the meat is also not too fatty which is good) and super hearty tomato broth. The soup is always piping hot, never diluted and the rice noodles are always cooked firm. The utensils also don't smell of dishwashing detergent which cannot be said of some of the other locations we've been to. We come here as a changeup from our usual go-to, peanut chili noodle soup bowl at Deer Garden.

It’s connected to Yang’s Braised chicken in first Markham. You get unlimited rice noodles if you order those dishes. For another beef pancake sandwich thingy (forgot the name). And a dessert (again, forgot the name). Doors have a problem staying closed which brings in a draft so it can’t be cold if you’re sitting at the wrong table (which we were). One particular server was a bit curt, which was the one helping us most of the time (perhaps having a bad day). Though the others were alright.

I think this is one of the best experiences you can get for Chinese food. You get a ton of little things and put it into the hot stone bowl and let it cool for a bit. The other great art about getting the crossing bridge noodles is the free noodle refill to have with leftover soup base The noodles are slippery and still have a firmness to it even after sitting in the broth for awhile Service is quick and although you place your order via we code scanning, anything you need the wait team is very good at following through Lots of parking as it’s in first markham place, so if you know, going at meal times, getting parking can be tough.
