Yun Nan Crossing Bridge Noodle

A delicious experience in a really beautiful restaurant! We had to try the crossing bridge noodles, so I got seafood and my partner got mala with beef. Soup came out piping hot and ready to cook our food, and presentation was beautiful! Broth was deliciously fatty and rich. My partner enjoyed the beef a ton, I really enjoyed my toppings-- sweet pops of corn, chewy (but not overly) seafood, slight crunch from the mushrooms, great fish cakes, and I love quail eggs. The rice noodle texture was perfect, soaked up the broth deliciously, thick enough to not get soggy while eating. The atmosphere here is really pretty. I think the top 40s pop music isn't quite the vibe, but otherwise, it was impeccable. Service was very polite and attentive.

What an amazing experience! We came to the Plaza for Fun City and another restaurant, which ended up not being open. So we stumbled across this place, and I'm sure glad we did! The Mala Seafood Bridge Noodle Soup not only tasted great but was fun putting it all together. We got chicken rice bowls for the kids, and they loved them, and the portions were very generous. I will be telling friends about this place and will definitely be coming back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant and we were blown away. Authentic Chinese and Japanese foods that were delicious and a joy to eat. Friendly, helpful, and patient staff made ordering easy. The menu appears confusing at first but it's written in two languages and is quite easy to navigate after a minute of reading. Some of these negative reviews are unfathomable and ridiculous. This is high end food at middle class pricing. Three generations from 20 to 80 couldn't stop talking about how good the food is. The elderly couple tried new foods that they never would have ordered otherwise and liked everything they ate. Add to that the large portion sizes for the price and it's a place we will be returning to repeatedly. As usual, I forgot to take a picture until I'd eaten half of it. The fried pork bowl was very good. The takoyaki deserved its own photo and was delicious. But that disappeared too quickly to document. The steamed vegetable gyoza was nice. The karaage (fried chicken) steamed buns were large and delicious and for $7 for 2 would make a nice meal. The Golden Sour Crossing Bridge Noodle hot pot is great if you like pickle.

The restaurant is so clean and cute, with Japanese vibes. Food prices have gone up so every noodle is now $14 and above, but it’s a good variety of small dishes and a cool experience. I just wish the broth stayed hotter for longer, because as soon as you put in the items it cools down immediately and so you really have to act fast when it’s brought out or else your items won’t cook completely. Overall a good place to check out for teens, couples, or small families.

A Chinese noodle shop with a beautiful, modern wood interior that offers authentic taste. APPETIZERS 🥒 Cucumber - 3/5 - The flavor was on the lighter side, and the cucumbers used weren't as crisp as I'd hoped. It looks like the cucumbers used were a bit more ripe and featured more seed (cleaned) but you could tell 🔥 Pork Trotters - 5/5 - Excellent taste and texture. Great source of collegen! Definitely a harder to eat food so you might use your fingers. (Maybe don't order for a date) Scallion Pancakes - 4/5 - Great taste but on the greasier side. I'd order it ENTREE I got the 🍅 tomato rice noodle soup! It was delicious. I loved being able to put in my own ingredients. It was plenty of food and the broth came super hot! There was also a lot of broth left over at the end, which pleased me, since I love soup. SERVICE The service was efficient and our waters were refilled regularly.
