Yummy Chinese Restaurant

My wife and I used to come here for Chinese food 4 years ago. We recently PCSd back and ordered tonight since we were being lazy. I got the pork lo-mein, it was alright but barely had any pork in it. My wife and kids got honey shrimp... it was definitely reheated and resauced from a previous cook, we didn't eat any of it other then one bite. We also got the pork spare ribs with fried rice. They were awful, it tasted like they were previously cooked then reheated and the fried rice was undercooked and was bland with barely any soy sauce used. The lady was dismissive and rude on the phone. It's unfortunate since they used to be so much better, last time we eat there.

I ordered a combination platter. The food is never the issue with this restaurant. It is always a service issue. I made my order online and paid for it online. Upon completing my order, I realized that I could not find a place on the ordering site where I could add a can of soda to my order. So I thought that once I arrived, I could purchase a can of soda. I tried to explain to the clerk that there was no option to add a can of soda online (she was very short with me) and she basically says well you ordered online please sign here ( She shoved a piece of paper toward me). I said ma’am, I would like to purchase a can of soda. The clerk replied - well the minimum card purchase is $12. I said, but I just want a can of soda. She replied if I was not making another purchase of $12 or over that she could not sell me a can of soda. So I just took my food and left. I do understand that the policies are the policies however, I was not able to add the can of soda to my order online when I made the purchase so I thought that I would have been accommodated once I was in the store. I will not be patronizing this business any longer. Apparently, there is always some sort of attitude On the part of the female worker. I have been patronizing this business for over four years now and it’s always something. God forbid should I be sold a can of soda? I literally had to drive up the street to the 7-Eleven.

One lunch equals dinner tonight Working at Joint Base Murry for the next 5 weeks. Will order once a week. Highly recommend this place. Take out only or delivery. My star is 5.

You guys got my order wrong. I called and was told I can come back and get my correct order . I leave right away and get there in 5min to a closed store. So disrespectful just wasted my time and money. Should have just gave me a refund if you did not have the time.

Well, you guys need to care more about the food. My last order was chicken wings with fired rice, and it was a mess. The wings were too small, fired too hard, rice was hard, no seasoning, small portions with higher prices. That needs to stop
