While acknowledging that the interior decor could benefit from an update, they emphasize the cleanliness of the establishment and the overall quality of the food. They specifically mention the need for new tables and the aging of some booths, but still find the food worth the 20-mile drive.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, great service. I ordered a sushi party boat, fish are fresh. Also ordered lomein, ribs, Mapo tofu, fried chicken with French fries, and hot & sour soup. All the dishes are great, specially the hot & sour soup is tasty. I recommended this place to everyone. I will definitely return if I am around the area.

I am a former NYC resident and lived over 40 years just blocks away from NYC's Chinatown. I have also eaten Chinese food an average of once a week for the past 60 years. When I moved to the Orange / Sullivan County area 20 years ago ,one of my biggest regrets was the poor quality of Chinese food in the area,, that was until I found YouYou. Their food is the closest I've found to Chinatown or the many excellent Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn or Queens. While not perfect, most of the dishes I've tried there are very good. The service for dine in is also very good. The inside can use an update but everything looks clean. They definitely need new tables though as I don't like the feel of the varnish on the tables they have now and some of the booths are starting to show that age. They are about 20 miles away from me but worth the drive. I'm tired of throwing other Chinese food away, at least I know YouYou is worth my time and money.

I love you you! I love the atmosphere of being able to sit in a beautiful Chinese restaurant with tea, crispy noodles and two sauces. The service is wonderful and the food is spectacular. You get a nice big portion with plenty to take home and the price is super reasonable,. I think it’s the best Chinese food around.

The food is always very good and that is why I go back. Unfortunately for years the restaurant is not overall clean. Rugs need cleaning, chairs need to be dusted, etc. It's very sad that management does not care. I brought it to their attention in the past, but nothing has ever been done.

Friendly Staff! The food came out fast, and was pretty good. Wanted to try different drinks instead of getting my regular Long Island Ice Tea. We tried the Scorpion, and Mai Tai. Very disappointing, nasty after taste. The drinks didn't taste good at all, and I would never order these two drinks again. Stick with what you know.
