Ying Dynasty of New Bedford

Okay for take-out but definitely DO NOT eat here. My family was going to go to Jade Garden but they were closed, so we came here. First of all, it was freezing. Maybe that’s okay for during summer, but on a chilly early spring day, it’s horrible. Secondly, the customer service is awful. We had 7 people at our table, which is a larger party. However, there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. The service was so slow. It took a long time for us to get our orders taken, then a long time to get our drinks, and an extra long time to get our food. When the food was finally brought, I did not receive my order. She asked me what I ordered, and without saying anything else, she went back to the kitchen. It took 10-15 minutes, when the people with me were halfway done eating, for my order to come. I didn’t even receive an apology, which is the minimum in decent customer service. I asked why it took so long, and her excuse was that it was a large party and my order was put it last (which is was not taken last and my table and the other table here after us got their food). Severely disappointed because I used to like this place. Now, I’m just angry and will not come back.

New owner and new kitchen! Chinese food is decent and Sushi is just so amazing! Ben is such a nice guy! I had a really great Sunday dinner there!

Friendly service! I was quite indecisive on what I wanted to order and the owner gave me a recommendation of the sushi roll shown. Not sure what it is called but it was delicious!

We went there for sushi and egg foo young. The BEST!! Lisa was awesome. Will be back enjoyed our meals and my Mai Tai was so good!!!

The last time I went and never went back Because the food was horrible. When I 1st started going there the food was good and then all of a sudden it's like they went out and got the worst cook they could possibly find and put them in the Kitchen. Good luck with that. The food was either hard, dry or Tasted weird.
