YiFan Restaurant & Event Center

I planned a birthday party at YiFan for 55 people. I made sure I reserved the time first. The whole preparation time, from deciding the menu, designing the invite, table arrangement, flower arrangement and music/background mood setting, I am a very particular person, but YiFan Event Center totally exceed my expectations. And all of our out of town guests were very impressed too. They had never had such authentic Chinese food without MSG, all natural ingredients. Everything was so delicious and a couple months later everyone still remember the dishes! Really grateful to have such a nice placement to celebrate special moments in life. Thank you @YiFan and all the staff.

I was there for a special family event. We were a large group. The food was served hot, which can be unusual when dealing with a large group of people! It was presented with the appropriate utensils for serving. It was super tasty!!! The staff was attentive and did an excellent job of clearing away the old plates and giving us new ones. They have a wide variety of food, but I highly suggest starting off with their meatball soup. Yum!

From the moment we sat down, the experience felt like a journey to China, starting with steaming hot tea and flavorful soups that set the perfect tone for the meal. The food, served family-style, was exceptional. The fish was delicate and perfectly prepared, while the vegetables tasted fresh and authentically seasoned. The Mongolian beef was tender and bursting with rich flavor, and the cumin lamb stood out with its bold, aromatic spices. The star of the show, for me, was the pork belly with pickled chinese mustard, a dish so fragrant, tender, and savory that it transported me back to a local restaurant near Shanghai. It’s rare to find food that captures the essence of true Chinese cooking, but Yifan delivers flawlessly. On top of the incredible food, the service was outstanding. Our hosts were excited to serve us and did a phenomenal job taking care of us throughout the meal. Their warmth and attentiveness elevated the entire experience, making us feel welcomed and valued. Every bite was a delight, showcasing skill, authenticity, and attention to detail. If you’re craving real Chinese flavors that go beyond the ordinary, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Yifan is a true gem for authentic Chinese cuisine! The dishes here are incredible, from the comforting chicken soup to the flavorful sizzling Mongolian beef and wild mushroom. The Chinese hamburger is a delightful surprise—crispy and packed with savory goodness. But the star of the show has to be their mooncakes! These are the most authentic and delicious mooncakes in town, and also beautifully crafted, making them a must-have for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Update: very disappointed after my first two visits, I went here the third time this year and got a very boring, lack of taste and culinary skill, lunch. My Hongkong style pot rice was hard to swallow. All the other side dishes were very simple, I’m very sorry to say this but anything in my fridge will be better than what they served me on that day. The server was nicer than before though. ——— Not an ordinary Chinese restaurant in the states, they have authentic food and also Chinese American food options. Dimsum Lunch menu changes every day. It's rare to find a restaurant that's not noisy when it's full.😉
