Customer feedback regarding Yeung's Lotus Express presents a somewhat mixed picture, indicating a range of experiences. One positive review mentioned that granddaughters found the restaurant "fantastic" after enjoying dishes such as fried rice noodles, orange chicken, and spring rolls. This suggests that some of our offerings may be particularly appealing, especially to younger palates.

However, other feedback raises concerns that potential customers should be aware of. One customer reported that their wife's food, specifically the orange chicken and fried rice, was "lukewarm," leading her to discard the meal. This indicates a potential issue with food temperature that may affect the dining experience.

Another reviewer offered a neutral stance, describing the place as "okay, nothing over." This suggests that while the experience may not be negative for all customers, it might not be exceptionally positive either. The rating of three out of five stars further supports this sentiment of an average experience.

Several customers commented on the limited number of options available on the menu. One reviewer stated, "The options are very little unfortunately, can really use some addition." This suggests that those looking for a wide variety of choices in Chinese cuisine might find the selection at Yeung's Lotus Express to be somewhat restricted.

Price was also a point of concern for some customers. One reviewer explicitly mentioned that "The price is also expensive for what you getting." Another elaborated on this by stating that a picture of chicken and noodles was priced at "eleven something," which they felt was "really high for the amount and options." The use of five dollar sign emojis further emphasizes the perception of the prices being high relative to the perceived value.

One customer went as far as to compare Yeung's Lotus Express to another location in Concord, stating that "Comparing it to the one in Concord, those are much better." This suggests a potential difference in quality or value between different branches of what may be the same or a related establishment.

The overall sentiment from some reviews is that there is room for improvement at Yeung's Lotus Express, with one customer simply stating, "Can use improvement." This broad comment could encompass various aspects of the dining experience, potentially including food quality, menu variety, and pricing.

Based on the available customer feedback, Yeung's Lotus Express at Northlake Mall offers some dishes that are enjoyed by certain customers, particularly younger diners. However, there are notable concerns regarding food temperature, the limited number of menu options, and the perceived high prices relative to the quantity and variety offered. The experience seems to vary among customers, with some finding it just "okay" and others expressing a preference for potentially better alternatives at different locations.

As a Chinese Restaurant located within a shopping mall, Yeung's Lotus Express likely caters to shoppers looking for a quick meal. While specific details about the dining environment within the food court setting are not provided in the reviews, it is typical for such establishments to offer a casual and convenient eating area. I visited this place today. I saw one worker taking sauce from the noodles tray into the rice tray. Odd?? They then mentioned that I visit the place next door which is Suki Hans!! "Chicken better". I asked why, then they played dumb. I am not sure but two similar restaurants next to each other should be a red flag. I left and bought groceries. That way, I know the Chicken is good. πŸ˜…πŸ€£

I don't know how people read these reviews and then continue to go to this place hopefully this review will keep you from killing yourself. Food was terrible nothing like the same brand in concord mills. Not sure what part of the chicken they use, probably the guts. Smelled really bad, tasted bad, a bunch of weird bones and fatty parts. I took it back, they said sorry no refunds. I did not eat it, left it on the counter and went next door. At least they realized they were being jerks when they saw me go next door williing to pay for more food, they tried to offer me the food for free. But as soon as I realized they were the same company ran the hell outta there, no thanks.
