Ye's Chinese Food

My family used to order from Ye's. We won't again. We used their online portal to order. Part of our order was not completed. When I called, they said, sorry you can come back to get the chicken we forgot. No other options were provided. Good customer service should have offered delivery or to comp it. Nothing. Then my order of combination noodles did not have any shrimp. When I called about it they told me I was wrong. I know what shrimp looks like. There was not one piece in my order. Two other meals from my order had shrimp. The noodles did not. On the phone they told me I had to return the food so they could check it and if I was right they'd make me a new one. I explained that since this is their error I didn't want to wait for new one to be made and they assured me I wouldn't have to wait. I took it back and they checked in the back and then told me it did have shrimp but it was only supposed to have 5. Then I had to wait for them to make shrimp to put into my food and give it to me. When I told them this was a problem, he shrugged it off. I will never be back and I hope this encourages others to find a new better place as well. Even if the customer service was better or my meal actually had the shrimp. The ratio of beef/chicken/vegetables was terrible. It was not a good value, good quality, or good customer service.

Glad we didn't base our choice off of reviews. We ordered online. Ready when we got there, large portions, great price, and tastes amazing! Happy with all items! We got orange chicken (amazing), spring rolls, potstickers, and four generation meal.

This establishment is not very friendly to 3rd party delivery drivers for some odd reason. If the customer tips poorly or not at all. That is why some refuse to pick up orders and deliveries sit. Also, please give the driver some time to check the receipt and make sure the order is correct before you click on the tablet as order picked up before the driver is even out the door.

We found this place a few years ago and been going ever since. I love the egg rolls so much, I could just go there to buy them. The people are really nice also.

Ordered orange chicken and I’ve never gotten chicken that was literally the color orange. It tasted like a frozen tv dinner from the store and the chicken had black parts on it. Not sure what it is. The fried rice was the only thing I enjoyed. It was pretty good. Person who delivered the food made a face after he saw I tipped him $3 from my card… Was going to give more in cash but after the face I saw, I felt discouraged to do so. I have added this place to my list of “Do Not Visit.”
