About Yangguofu

Yangguofu is a Chinese restaurant located at 13505 40th Rd in Flushing, New York City. As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category in the area, Yangguofu aims to provide culinary offerings to the local community. However, based on the limited customer feedback available online, the initial impressions of this establishment are overwhelmingly negative.

One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the food quality, stating bluntly, "The food here sucks. Nothing here is fresh." They further elaborated on the seafood, noting that it had a "funky taste." This strongly suggests potential issues with the freshness and quality of the ingredients used at Yangguofu. The reviewer also drew a comparison with all-you-can-eat (AYCE) hot pot restaurants, suggesting that for the price, customers might find better value and quality elsewhere.

Another review echoed severe concerns regarding the restaurant's practices, specifically mentioning a lack of proper ingredient washing. This reviewer recounted a disturbing experience of finding "a cluster of sand on the bottom of my soil" and described the sensation of drinking "sand water." This raises serious questions about the hygiene and food preparation standards at Yangguofu. The reviewer also commented negatively on the service, describing the "lady in the front" as "disrespectful as ever." Adding to the negative impression, they noted that the restaurant had only been open for less than a month at the time of their review.

Given the extremely negative nature of these two reviews, it is exceedingly difficult to provide a detailed introduction regarding the environment, services, features, or promotional information of Yangguofu. The feedback overwhelmingly focuses on significant problems with food quality, hygiene, and customer service, overshadowing any potential positive aspects that might typically be discussed.

The reviews offer no information about the restaurant's ambiance or décor. We cannot ascertain whether it provides a casual or more formal dining setting. Similarly, there is no mention of specific dishes that might be considered specialties or features of Yangguofu, beyond the negative comments about the seafood and the unspecified dish that contained sand. Consequently, it is impossible to comment on the variety or quality of their menu beyond the severe criticisms already noted.

Likewise, the services offered by Yangguofu are not detailed in the provided feedback, except for the negative interaction with the "lady in the front," which suggests a problem with customer service. We do not know if they offer dine-in, takeout, or delivery options. The lack of any positive comments means we have no indication of the staff's general demeanor or efficiency under normal circumstances.

Finally, there is no information whatsoever about any promotional offers or special deals that Yangguofu might be advertising. Without any details on their menu, pricing, or ongoing promotions, it is impossible to assess the value proposition of dining at this establishment, especially in light of the strong negative comments about food quality and hygiene.

In conclusion, based on the limited but severely negative feedback available, Yangguofu, a Chinese restaurant located in Flushing, NY, has received significant criticism regarding its food quality, hygiene practices, and customer service. One review described the seafood as having a "funky taste" and suggested better alternatives for the price, while the other reported finding sand in their food and experienced disrespectful service. Local users considering dining at Yangguofu should be aware of these serious concerns. Without further information or any positive feedback to offer a balanced perspective, it is impossible to recommend this establishment based solely on the currently available reviews. Potential customers may want to exercise extreme caution and carefully consider these accounts before deciding to patronize Yangguofu.

The food here sucks. Nothing here is fresh. All the seafood got a funky taste. You’re better off going to an ayce hot pot place for the price.

This store evidently does not wash their ingredients. I was met with a cluster of sand on the bottom of my soil and it felt like I drank sand water. The lady in the front was disrespectful as ever. It has only been open for less than a month!!

Quite conscientious! The takeout portions are generous. The dining experience is also very good. The picture was taken during closing time, and the waiter said it might not look good. There are a lot of ingredients.
