Upon arrival, they were informed that the restaurant was extremely busy and that they would have to wait longer than their reservation time. They were eventually seated around 7:10 PM. Due to the restaurant's busyness, their party was split across tables in the same area, which they accepted to expedite the process, noting that they "all sorta get to sit together anyways." Despite being informed that the food would be slow due to the high volume of customers, the reviewer found that it actually came out in a "good time considering how busy this restaurant truly was!" We made reservations for a party of 10 for 6:45 on the 25th of December. Upon arrival, we where let known the the restaurant was extremely backed up and we would have to wait a while longer. By 7:10 we where seated. We didn't get to have a table together, however to move the process along we the split tables in the same area. So we did all sorta get to sit together anyways. Once seated we where told the food would be slow coming out, but really it came out in a good time considering how busy this restaurant truly was! Everyone working was constantly moving! The manager was kind. The food was absolutely delicious 👌🏼 despite the long wait to be seated when we made reservations this was an absolutely amazing time! Everyone working this night busted their tails. Good job everyone.
Some of the best delivery Chinese I’ve ever had- not too greasy or salty. The spicy is not spicy… and I’m not very spice-tolerant. The chicken lo-mein is delicious and very generous portions. The crab rangoons were some of the best I’ve had.
I've ordered here a few times. Everything that I've order was supposed to be hot/spicy and it's not even a bit zesty. LOL very good though. Just NOTHING is spicy/hot like it's supposed to be
Easily the best Chinese food I've had in over a year. Got some orange chicken and wonton soup. Divine. (Edit): got it again and the food was equally amazing which doesn't happen often imo. (Edit 2 re: COVID): THANK YOU for not having Dine-in and taking excellent measures for safety. It doesn't feel risky picking up food, especially compared to so many other places. (Edit 3 5/31/21): THEY DON'T MISS. Also again thank you for maintaining distancing, takeout, and actually appropriate safety measures. (Edit 4 5/2/2022): I swear they didn't used to have orange beef on the menu before. I remember I asked for it once a while ago in the comments when ordering through the site and they called me to make sure they understood what I said lol. To whoever added it to the menu: I Love You. That's why you go to the local spot!!!!! (Edit 5 4/10/2024) I almost had a heart attack before I realize you just changed the name... Still the best Chinese food in Richmond 💯💯💯💯
The food is always delicious, but this was the first time I actually ate inside the restaurant for lunch on a weekend. I ordered a coke with little ice and received this half-filled glass with flat coke about 20 minutes after ordering (and after being reminded about your forgotten drinks. We received our appetizer and food before out drinks, including water). When the coke arrived, there was no carbonation. The food was great, but the service was okay even though it wasn't busy at all. However, the waitress was nice and pleasant. She replaced my coke with a can of coke instead because she said it was "better." The lunch deals are always a great bargain, but I guess the drink, not so much.
