This place is a hidden gem, wish we tried it sooner! We were so impressed with the flavor of the hot and sour soup, perfectly balanced salt and acidity with a depth to it, great amount of mushroom and other veg. The walnut shrimp a tad on the sweeter side but the shrimp were enormous, incredibly juicy and plump. We were also pleased with the crispness of the buns (though would get pork next time instead of veg) and would order the wings again. The service was top notch - the waiters were so proactive in filling water and tea and packaged our leftovers for us 🥹 and plenty of PARKING. Love this place, we’ll be back soon!

Solid 4/4.5 spot. I liked how they had so many types of Chinese cuisine from sichuan to chongqing to American Chinese. The pork pan fried buns were the best I’ve had in Seattle! Meaty, juicy, and a crispy bun. Overall everything was authentic and was also happy that there were other Chinese people enjoying their food which let me know this place was worth it.

Good food. We got the chongqing noodles, chili wontons and little beef hot pot. The value on the beef hot pot was very good. It had a tiny bit of cabbage but it was lots of meat. The wontons were my favorite. Not spicy. More like a hot/sour flavor with lots of garlic. The noodles were very good and plentiful. They were the spiciest of the three dishes. We were 2 people and ate quite a bit and between the noodle and hotpot leftovers were enough for 1-2 meals depending on how hungry you are. My one complaint is that the veggie dishes are nearly as much as the meat dishes… so we decided to wait til home to eat veggies 🤣

We stopped by on a Thursday and were greeted by a very nice women who brought us a complimentary pot of tea! We ordered the dry fried green beans, chili fried chicken, and the pork xiaolongbao. The server suggested that we'd want some rice so we ordered that as well. The tea was smooth and delicious, but we began drinking our tea too early and probably should have poured a cup of water before enjoying the tea. The first dish to come out was the green beans and they were piled very high! The beans were well cooked and the portions was so generous. I'm not sure what was in the brand but they reminded me of a trip to China - eg, they're authentic tasting. We will order these again. Our next plate was the chili friend chicken; we should have known the portion would be an extremely generous portion, absolutely sized to share. The chicken tasted like there was plenty of red, chili, hua jiao (numbing peppers), and fresh green chili peppers (spicy!) with garlic as well. The chicken was fantastic, will order again. Finally, our last plate was an order of pork xiaolongbao. I don't eat pork, but my partner enjoyed the pork soup dumplings and said they were extremely delicious. I could tell from my side of the table that the meatballs were extremely generous, larger than the competitors at the chain stores.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The staff is so kind and all of the dishes we had were so delicious. On our last visit, we got the assorted spiced beef shank, deep fried fish with spicy salt, peanuts with cilantro, pork XLB, Hunan noodles, and cumin beef. We loved everything we got. We had leftovers and everything was just as tasty the next day! Can't wait to visit again soon!
