Xiang Hotpot-Brooklyn

I had an amazing experience at Xiang Hot Pot! The food is outstanding (fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced). The variety on the menu is impressive, with options for everyone, whether you’re a meat lover or vegetarian. The atmosphere is just as good as the food. The space is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and friendly, always making sure we had what we needed. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in, and the service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

The hot pot was good but I’ve tried better, the medium spicy was super spicy and had me choking 😅, I likes the coconut chicken broth better, I love that it was a all you can eat, the crispy and sweet rice cakes where delicious, it was fun to watch the bear melt and turn into soup. The sauce bar was great as well, the waitress was very sweet and the lady up front explained to us how to order which was also helpful, even though it took some time for them to bring us some dishes.

Love their atmosphere, we had all you can eat $35/person, my friend invited me for a bday lunch. We had a great time here and service was really good , I said It was my bday so any promotions they could offer , they gave me 2 little teddy bears and a fan , not big deal but better than nothing , but when I got back home , my stomach couldn’t digest the oil I had , so I threw up, next time maybe I shouldn’t eat too much .

Not even joking: this is the best hotpot I’ve ever had. The restaurant is gorgeous, the hotpot is delicious, and the waiters go above and beyond their duties! I think this place has ruined all other hot pot restaurants for me! The price is amazing as well!

The best hot pot place I have ever been in New York. The tablet ordering system was really convenient and efficient. What ever you order will be served right away. Very big space. I heard that they used to have a location in the NYC. I hope they’ll be back in the city since I live in the city area.
