Xi’an Cuisine

This Xi’an cuisine is much better than the ones on downtown area. The food is authentic. We ordered lamb skewers which is super tender. The cold chicken dish is perfect in flavor, it has a little bit sour and spicy taste in it. The Bianbian noodle is the best of all dishes, it has three different sauce in it, one is tomato eggs, one is minced meat and another is stewed beef, with hand made thick noodles, it is just perfect combination.

This place is always great, especially if you love spicy. Their main menu and specials are really good, but they also have lunch specials if you’re looking for some more standard American Chinese food. Their mapo tofu fish is always a highlight!

My fav restaurant in Naperville for chinese cuisine. Order any dish from their menu, you will love it. The staffs make you feel at home, assists a lot regarding each dish. They serve tea on the house. Moderately clean restaurant. Big group of people was there from office. Lot of options in the menu. Highly recommened.

This was my first time ordering takeout from here, and while the food tasted great, I was disappointed by a couple of things that will likely make this my last time ordering from this place. First, they still use black plastic containers, despite concerns about the potential carcinogenic effects of these materials. This felt like a major oversight given the growing awareness around safer, more eco-friendly packaging. Additionally, I requested utensils when I placed my order, but when I received my bag, they were missing. Small details like this make a big difference, especially when you're relying on takeout for a convenient meal. It’s unfortunate because the food was good, but these issues with packaging and missing utensils leave me hesitant to return.

I was truly impressed by this Xi’an restaurant! Their signature roasted lamb is amazing—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. Highly recommend it! The lamb soup is also delicious, and the stir-fried wosun is light and refreshing, just perfect for my taste. Definitely worth a visit!
