Don’t be fooled by the “express” in their name. The table service is great and the food is tasteful. I recommend you try the teas and their fried Korean chicken. The vegetarian options on the menu are limited, but they are very accommodating with customers.

I was first biased against this place because I don’t always have the best experiences with restaurants with the word express in the name. But boy was I wrong about this place. This place is a jack of all trades. They have “authentic” ramen, boba tea, Korean fried chicken, and more. The restaurant is very clean and spacious inside, and very quiet. A little too quiet that you wish they played some music. The employees were very nice and very attentive. I first ordered the crab Rangoons and Takoyaki, both very good. The Rangoons were probably the best-presented ones I’ve ever had. The ramen was good, and I’m glad I ordered it there because the server notified me that my choice was spicy even though it didn’t have a pepper label next to the name. I also ordered one with a pepper label next to it and that one probably needed five peppers next to the name it was so spicy. I ordered boba tea during the meal, planning for it to be made by the end, but they brought it immediately, this place is so efficient. This was definitely my top three boba teas that I’ve had. They put slices of orange, strawberry, lemon, and lime in them and it makes it taste super floral and citrusy it’s amazing. I still need to try the Korean fried chicken but I will be more than happy to come back here.

Miss Nikki, thank you for the great service 謝謝, 和你談論語言和文化真是太好了。當我有更多時間時,我會多待一會兒,只是為了和你多聊聊。 The Ramen bowl was great. The last time I had anything close was a fast trip to Hong Kong in 2016. I had the Ramen bowl with beef, the broth was rich, nicely seasoned, mild, the noodles had a great texture. The vegetables were fresh and crisp bean sprouts. I also had a milk bubble tea. Was really good too. Almost like the milk tea also in HK. the next time I go. (soon) I will try the Rangoon. Looks really good. And want to try the brown sugar tea. Brings back memories of the Sugar Panda tea also HK. Former GI, bari patient, I could only eat a small amount. 尼基。非常親切,也非常漂亮。Also their chicken fried rice, good flavor, not too salty and plenty of crispy fried chicken mixed in. If they were hiring I would probably work there. Update... Chicken wings. Biggest wings i have ever seen. Breaded and tossed in sticky ginger garlic. Very good. And the coconut milk tea is perfect. Not too sweet.

We ordered tonkatsu ramen, kaiju ramen, and a snow chicken. The ramens were both good. I liked the presentation/packaging so that the toppings and ramen are separated and don’t get soggy. The Korean fried chicken was also good. We got the snow chicken flavor. The chicken was not as crispy since it was tossed in some type of sauce before having the snow onion sauce on top. The restaurant has a few sit down tables, but we got our order to go. I wouldn’t say this an authentic restaurant, but it’s still pretty darn good and great for a take out place.

Their signature WuKong Ramen was excellent. Each ingredient tasted wonderful with the mildly spiced broth. You know it’s good when you empty the entire soup bowl. The chicken wings were comparable to other Korean style chicken spots, however they were larger in size. The fried calamari are the rings only, no tentacles (I asked) so I passed.
