Got delivery and was looking forward to some Chinese. Got the orange chicken and some fried rice. By far the worst orange chicken I’ve had ever. Idk what kind of chicken they used but it was dry as can be. The orange sauce wasn’t evenly coated on the chicken. The fried rice was very oily and went even fried. Think twice before ordering from here. This place is a disgrace to Chinese food. If I could give negative stars I’d give it a -5 star. TERRIBLE

if you’re reading the review to see if it is worth it to order here, this is your sign not to ! Bao bun has hair in it and all of them taste the same. Not good. Our orange chicken with fried rice was barely sauced and tasted like school food only worse and burnt. The fried rice was bland and had no flavor so all you taste is burnt chicken. 0/10 would not recommend!!

This place is absolutely disgusting and terrible. They messed up my order TWICE, and haven’t even apologized for the situation. Not to mention, there was a FLY in my bao box. I had this delivered to my house, in which it was FULLY SEALED so there was so way for one to get in. That only means that the restaurant had let one in. That is absolutely NASTY to know this place, serving food has flys in their kitchen. Along with the food being absolutely atrocious. The bao buns had no flavor whatsoever, and were completely deformed, wet, soggy, and just unappetizing. This is most definitely going to be a huge problem with me and my lawyers. I suggest to you, Wow Bao, that you fix this somehow, and make it up to me. Or, I will file a lawsuit against you and sue your whole company because high risk of illness resulting of the fly. Which carry catastrophic amounts of diseases and germs.

Decided to try them out and ordered delivery. Ordered 2 bao and a bowl combo. Completely wrong order sent. No bao & wrong bowl. No way to contact them without driving all the way over there and talking to them. Will not order again.

Looks like this is a ghost kitchen operating out of Tokio Pub/Shaw's Crab House, or thereabouts. Since you have to place your order for delivery only, there isn't much control over how quickly you can get your food. Mine sat in the delivery car for 30 minutes, even though this location is only about 10 minutes away from me, so a shame pickup isn't possible. I didn't find the food to be too great. You can see my photo of the orange chicken bowl. Very different than I expected. The meat was heavily minced. Flavor was all right, but just a notch above a good microwaved meal, in my opinion. I feel like the bao were just okay. Maybe they sat in that box too long before they got to me, but I've had better. I thought the veggie bao was actually more flavorful than the beef one. In any case, I probably won't order from here again.
