Several reviews indicate significant dissatisfaction with the food quality and service. One customer described their experience as an "absolutely disappointing WASTE" of money, stating that their order was incorrect and the "kung pao chicken" lacked chicken. They also mentioned a general lack of freshness, suggesting the food tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for an extended period and expressed concern over the high price point.

Another reviewer echoed these sentiments, labeling Wow Bao as "terrible." They found the potstickers to be bland and the bao buns to be of poor quality. Specifically, they noted that the BBQ pork buns did not taste as expected, and the beef buns had a spicy yet bitter metallic flavor. This customer suggested that the food served might be similar to Wow Bao's frozen offerings available in supermarkets, advising against ordering through delivery services and recommending purchasing the frozen options instead.

Wow, this place just needs to be shut down, I should have checked where I was ordering from first... an absolutely disappointing WASTE of my money. My order wasn't right, my "kung pao chicken" has almost no chicken, and everything tastes like its been under a heat lamp since yesterday's lunch. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for such abysmal care for their business. Oh, and did i mention they are $10 EACH?!?! I've had some bad takeout experiences, but wow, this takes the cake, congratulations on being the worst restaurant in the city.

Wow Bao is terrible. I ordered potstickers and bao buns. The potstickers were bland and the Bao buns were awful. The BBQ pork buns tasted nothing like what a BBQ bun should taste like. The beef buns were spicy but had a bitter metallic taste. If you want to try there food, don't order from a delivery service. Just go buy their frozen food from Walmart. Most likely it is the same thing served from these ghost kitchens.

We had one piece of chicken in the teriyaki and we found molds in the eggs for the fried chicken fried rice. We spent over 50 dollars for small option, horrible food and I haven’t tested this kind of food like in my life so horrible. This is a really horrible place to eat.

Not sure if they just gave me a tv dinner they heated up but these portions are a scam..also tasted hella bland. Btw this was a teriyaki chicken bowl they priced at $10 which can fit in the palm of your hand.
