About Wonder Midland Park

Wonder Midland Park is a restaurant located at 80 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432, USA. They offer a variety of food options, including items from Tejas, a restaurant within their location.

You can contact them at (855) 818-5755 or +1 855-818-5755 for orders and inquiries.

Based on customer reviews, Wonder Midland Park has faced serious concerns regarding food safety and allergy awareness:

  • Foreign Objects in Food: One customer reported finding a hard object (possibly a rock or hard rice) in their Hanu Poke, which caused significant dental damage. This incident raises serious concerns about food preparation and quality control.
  • Allergy Concerns: Another customer, who ordered from Tejas, received a regular bun instead of a gluten-free bun, despite the order being marked as gluten-free. This error could have caused a severe allergic reaction, highlighting a lack of attention to allergy-related orders.
  • Third-Party App Refund: In the allergy incident, a third-party app provided a refund, but the customer emphasized the need for better training and attention to detail from Wonder/Tejas staff.
  • Food Quality: While one customer did enjoy a previous order from Tejas, the other experience with the Poke, and the allergy issue, indicates a large quality control problem.

The reviews indicate a serious lack of quality control and attention to food safety and allergy concerns at Wonder Midland Park. Customers should be aware of these issues before ordering. It is strongly recommended that the restaurant take immediate steps to address these concerns and improve its food preparation and handling procedures.

I got the hanu poke today and there was something hard in the poke (rock or hard rice) that upon biting dislocated my beautiful front teeth :( I frantically spitted it out and assessed damage with my front teeth which as you can see is dislocated forever. :( I wouldn’t feed this to children!

I ordered from Tejas for the first time Friday and it was delicious! I ordered again tonight and unfortunately the pulled pork on a gluten free bun was sent and packaged to me with a regular bun. This could have caused a very serious allergic reaction for me, and I’m grateful to have noticed before eating any. The third party app refunded me, but I want to be sure Wonder/Tejas receives this feedback. Please train your employees to ensure if an order says gluten free and is given a gluten free sticker, that the gluten free bun is properly used. This could have easily landed me in the hospital due to negligence

I am a monthly regular here. Vegetarian options are fantastic. I did get the wrong order today , but CS was on it. I did get a refund, even though i decided to have them just freshen up the item. It was replaced. Also, i have worked here and a lot of the food is good. But Yaas restaurant, yummy!!

Through all of the wonder(ful) branding and packaging, the food was disappointing. I’m willing to give this place a few tries given the sheer number of food options and I’m very glad to have it in the neighborhood. Ordering and pick-up were super easy, but if you’re going to offer dishes from these great restaurant brands, you better deliver on flavor.

Wonder is perfect when your crew wants different cuisines but you want to place a single order. The quality of the food preparation however can be hit or miss. Salads from Royal Greens have been excellent. The Tejas BBQ brisket has been great and other times so-so, but we loved the pastrami. While Mr D's Fried Chicken is ok, the fried chicken at the local ACME is better. The Table Number 1 beef dinner was very good (if a bit salty), but the green beans were undercooked and the mac & cheese was dry. The Di Fara pizza is not close to the original (when Dom was alive), we have local pizzerias that are better, cheaper.
