Wokworks Margate

I tried Wokworks in Margate for the first time. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good and fresh! The portion of food was fair! So, that makes up for the cost. I ordered the Dan Dan Chicken Lo Mein and added steak. Both types of meat were tender. Their outdoor seating area is nice and cozy. The staff at this location was very nice! It’s a good choice if you want to take a break from the typical quick bites at the shore like pizza and subs.

I had Honey Garlic Shrimp Lo Mein, and my partner had a Build-Your-Own Bowl with all vegetables and steak. It was so delicious—beyond what I expected!

We had a wonderful experience tonight! The young woman who took our order was friendly and helpful with our questions. It was shocking how fast our food was handed to us. There is not indoor seating but very nice outdoor seating available in front of and beside the building. We took our food home and wow! We enjoyed every bite. Will be returning for sure. The food was awesome. I couldn't decide between the steak or shrimp, so, I had the build your own steak bowl and paid extra to add shrimp. I also had the spring rolls. The food was awesome and so was the service. Seems like a popular spot. I also recommend their fresh teas and sauces to take home.

The place is very clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly. The food was really good. I had spring roll and stir-fried noodles with tofu and General Tso sauce and scallions. Also their homemade ice teas are delicious. I couldn’t choose between hibiscus and peach flavors, so I tried both: they are unsweetened and natural fruity - I really liked both of those flavors. Highly recommend this place.
