Wokano Japanese Steakhouse

1st time here & last time here . We waited an hour & a half before we got hibachi service . Then the food wasn’t even good . The noodles were very dry & No taste the chicken wasn’t fully cooked along with the shrimp & The mushrooms & Broccoli was half raw . Very bad experience then The mixed drink was awful tasting. I couldn’t even drink it all. . I’m guessing that maybe if u Go there during the day the service may be better , but Not during the evening hours . Plus the waitress wasn’t the best , not good @ all . I don’t think I’ll be returning here. I was from outta town doing some shopping in the area & thought I’d give it a try . But it was a fail 4 me . The salad dressing was watered down , Plus the Yum Yum sauce was watered down . Not a good experience . I will not be returning here . The blue Hawaiian drink was awful .

Clean restaurant. Cool how its split into 2 way. 1 for hibachi and the other side table service. We got hibachi this time it was delicious. Can't go wrong with hibachi its like getting a show while you eat. And when you can get fried rice an lo'mein you topped off. Unless your super hungry makes for a great lunch the next day.

This place was awesome! The restaurant is VERY clean. Food was phenomenal with incredibly fresh ingredients. Staff was friendly. We went at opening during lunch so the environment was lovely. Once additional tables started service, it got pretty noisy but we were wrapping up anyway and ready to head out. I definitely recommend them!

Our seats and table were sticky, and the wait for our food was extremely long for a Thursday. We had called ahead to check the wait (was told there wasn't one) and then arrived and had a 20-minute wait. 1 server was busy and the other was rude so the owner actually had to bring us part of our order. They also didn't bring half of our order at first and then again forgot part of it (ordered 2 rolls 1 entrée and a side) Katsu pork was very good and a great price Fried rice side for 7.50 is pretty wild and wasn't good Beer was a great price! Rolls were large but for $30+ for 2 orders would've been nice if the eel rolls were larger (lot of fillers). Wasabi was just bad and tasted off. Overall lots of potential here but over priced for what your getting (depends on what you order).

Been here a lot and I should have left a review here sooner but this place is the best. Definitely worth a try and probably the best Japanese steakhouse in all of Ohio!
