Customer reviews for Wok Wok Express present a mixed picture. One reviewer expressed extreme dissatisfaction, stating they would give a zero rating if possible, citing terrible service and awful food. They specifically mentioned that their spicy chicken tasted as if it had been fried in old oil that had previously been used for seafood.

In contrast, another reviewer noted a significant difference in quality between the cook-to-order food and the items kept under the heat lamp, with the former being described as "way tastier." This reviewer specifically recommended the egg foo young as excellent and the #2 special with beef and shrimp. They also commented on the restaurant's aesthetics, suggesting it could use updating. While they found the workers to be generally nice, they also mentioned that the staff could get attitudes quickly.

Based on these reviews, a key feature of Wok Wok Express seems to be their cook-to-order options, which are reportedly of higher quality than pre-prepared items. The egg foo young and the #2 special with beef and shrimp are specifically recommended. However, potential customers should be aware of the reported issues with service and the possibility of inconsistent food quality depending on whether it is cooked to order or taken from under the heat lamp. The restaurant's environment is described as needing aesthetic updates. No information regarding specific services beyond food preparation or any current promotional offers is available in the provided reviews.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The service was terrible and the food was awful. I ordered spicy chicken, and it tasted like it had been fried in old oil that already contained some kind of seafood.

Their cook to order food is way tastier than the food under the heat lamp. The egg foo young is excellent and the #2 special with beef n shrimp šŸ¤. The restaurant could be updated aesthetically. Workers are nice but can get attitudes quickly.

Food tasted ok, but service was bad. Food tasted ok, better than typical "combo plate" place, but more pricier (typically they are around $7, but this place was $9). They also charge 3% processing fee for credit card/atm transaction. I undertand the charge, but feel like they only concern about money for I asked for cup of water, but they said I have to buy the bottled water (unlike other Chinese fastfood combo place. Not sure if they were tired, but two old ladies at counter, wasn't friendly at all. Felt like they were about to yell at you. I dined inside, and the place was dirty (table was all sticky) and their food container box was on some of the chair/table. Their fried rice was bad, but chowmain was good. Sriracha was brownish (I think mixed up with something to save money?). There was only one bottle of chilli sauce (3 brown Sriracha bottles), and before I tried to grab it, someone grabbed, and I had to wait turn until it went around from one person to others. I don't think I would ever dine in there again. Maybe take out.

I never go to Panda Express because I live close to this place and they know how to make the best fast Chinese food at a price that my family can afford. You can’t beat the two item combo and they pack the container till there’s no empty space. I recommend the beef and broccoli, peppered chicken, orange chicken, and items that are made to order like the sweet n sour chicken and the shrimp bowl.

Rude. Rude. RUDE!! The dark chinese lady here has a REALLY BAD attitude. She also tried to charge me for a drink when I only purchased a plate. The food is ok, however the portions are less now. Sad to say this is my goodbies for this place, used to be one of my favorite chinese food locations.
