Wok No 1

I do an DoorDash and I pay $55 for 3 meals Chicken wings with rice (2) Dumpling, nuggets I just receive the chicken. I call to ask what happen and they just leave me in the call without answering me.

I ordered 2 orders of chicken wings a large order of vegetable fried rice and 1 order of crab Rangoon and I stood there in the front and the man who packed my food intentionally left my rice out the bag and I walked out w/o realizing until I got home and they were closed. I’m coming for my rice tomorrow buddy! I paid $31.60 I want my rice.

I’ve been ordering from this place for years. Last week they gave us the wrong order and it had seafood in it. My husband is allergic so we asked if they would just pick up the food and give us a refund. The women asked for a copy of his medical records to prove he was allergic. She told me the manager wasn’t answering the phone so she would call me back… we still haven’t heard from them. Horrible customer service. We will never order from them again.

I always wanted to order from here…. I got the plain fried rice with Chicken broccoli 🥦.. it was delicious I also got some Chicken wings I love them as well very juicy … however, I was not too crazy for the shrimp egg rolls… they were not crispy n had an after taste to them … not sure if the oil is frequently changed … it taste it kinda oily n stale n they were not crispy at all and I forgot to ask for soy sauce n hot sauce n they did not included a few packs , normally when I order from other places , they include some soy sauce whether i ask for it or not… but the rice with Chiken brócoli 🥦 n wings were very tasty n delicious 🤤.. the driver was very friendly n fast service … I would come here again but I would not be getting the egg rolls from here… was kinda disappointed with the egg rolls!!!

Very good, always warm and hot, very fast services and they re good always friends and if make mystake make sure you to reward you for or correct it then make sure doesn't happen again
