Wok N Roll

My experiences w/this restaurant have been hit-miss. Sometimes, the food is spot on, good, well-prepared. (Different chefs?) Although often, it’s greasy. Thus, I only go as a last result meal grab. Unfortunately, that was the case yesterday & this is what I received: Shrimp Egg Foo Young (2x prior I ordered during lunch & it was spot on!) drowning in grease & over-cooked. (Paper towels used to soak out some of the grease. & yes, that’s grease, not gravy, in the container underneath the patty, Ikr).

A ROACH BODY WAS IN MY FOOD!!! This was my second time ordering from this establishment, the first time i ordered from wok n roll the food was delivered cold and 2 hours late, today my children wanted Chinese food so me and my wife decided to give Wok-n-roll another try. When we opened the white rice we found a headless roach body inside of the rice. On top of that the beverages we ordered were never delivered. When we called to complain to the manager he was completely rude and non compliant, he hung up in my face and said there was nothing he was willing to do about it, also refusing to deliver our drinks that we also paid for. I can get over that but BUGS?!? No! The FDA needs to investigate this place.. if you prefer to eat clean food this is not the place for you. I am thoroughly disgusted. 0 stars

I ordered a simple quart of pork fried rice with extra pork… I think they actually subtracted pork out of it… 😞

everytime i ordered food they have given me the wrong orders. called to let them know about my order being wrong and they hung up the phone.This is unacceptable! I spent $27 for nothing. I rather go to HOTWOK

Never been treated like a nonhuman in my life Food was hot but bad a an upset stomach The service was very bad from the cook to the young child showed no respect After being treated this way I to leave the atmosphere ASAP
