About Wing's Chop Suey Chinese Food Restaurant

Wing's Chop Suey Chinese Food Restaurant is located at 18700 Van Dyke Ave, Detroit, MI 48234, USA. You can place orders by calling (313) 368-6480 or +1 313-368-6480. As a local Chinese restaurant, Wing's Chop Suey primarily offers take-out services and is known for its chop suey and other Chinese food dishes.

Based on recent customer reviews, Wing's Chop Suey has recently reopened after a period of closure, generating excitement among its patrons. One customer who tried the honey chicken for the first time found it to be good and expressed relief that the quality remained high after the reopening. They anticipate the restaurant will be busy as customers return to get their "fix" and suggest calling ahead to potentially reduce wait times. This indicates that Wing's Chop Suey is a returning favorite in the community.

Another customer who ordered four sweet and sour chicken dinners mentioned that their egg roll was slightly overcooked but overall found the food to be good. They also noted a recent change in pricing, where there is now an additional charge of one dollar each for bean sprouts and green onions. This is an important piece of information for customers who typically order dishes with these additions.

While the reviews highlight the quality of specific dishes like honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken, and the fact that the restaurant has reopened to the delight of its customers, there is no information provided regarding the restaurant's environment (as it seems to be primarily take-out), specific features beyond its menu, or any current promotional offers other than the implicit return of a beloved local spot. Local users who have enjoyed Wing's Chop Suey in the past will likely be pleased with its reopening and continued quality of food.

We bought 4 sweet and sour chicken dinners. My eggroll was a little too brown but the food was good. They now charge a dollar extra each for bean sprouts and green onions.

They back!!! Honey chicken is good, had for the 1st time. Was scared it wouldn't be good since they was closed for so long but it's still the best. Will be busy since everyone getting they fix but worth the wait. Calling ahead will help ❤️

Their might be a bad experience for some but don't let that discourage your visit to them. I've been going to wings for decades and they never disappoint. Chicken chop suey with chicken is the best. Hoping for a speedy recovery for the chef and hope to see you all early next year.

I'm genuinely shocked; this experience turned out to be really bad. I had been looking forward to grabbing takeout from this restaurant since the summer, and today was the day. I placed my order at 4:30 PM, an hour and a half after they opened. Despite the positive reviews, my shrimp fried rice was not hot and was even hard. To make matters worse, my large chicken and rice soup had no broth – it was filled to the brim with chicken and rice only. I've tried calling at least 6 times to have this mistake corrected, but no one answers the phone anymore. It seems they are screening calls and not addressing customer concerns. I understand that mistakes happen, but not being available to correct them is a huge issue. All I want is my broth and some fresh, hot shrimp fried rice. My bill was $28, and since they only accept cash, I can't dispute this with my bank. Until this situation is resolved, I strongly suggest that no one dines here. It's disappointing because I thought I had found a new go-to for Chinese food in Detroit, but it seems the search continues. Your expression is mostly clear, but there's a minor grammatical error. The phrase "could care less" should be "couldn't care less" to convey the idea that they have no interest or concern. So, your statement would be more grammatically accurate as: I only wish to dine at places where the staff, owners, and chefs take pride in what they do. I do not want to patronize establishments that couldn't care less about the quality of the product they serve. Ordering from here today made me feel taken advantage of, and I refuse to let that happen twice. The other dish was for my son, he just told me this was the worst Chinese we ever had. My eggroll was disgusting too.
