Wing Lei

永利軒is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas, everything was too perfection from the dining room decor to the service to the food and the plating. This is my second time eating at wing lei and I feel like the food has consistency, which is very important for a fine dining restaurant. I was impressed by their wine list and like that they gave out western desserts at the end of the meal. This is definitely a place to bring your date or have a nice fancy business dinner I would recommend it to everyone that is willing to splurge. Even though the menu said in order to get a tasting menu, the entire table has to get to tasting menu. The waiter was very nice to let us share one tasting menu and ordered à la carte.

An absolute 5-star experience. The food was wonderful. We ordered the Peking duck in advance and were not disappointed. We also tried the shrimp toast, and tofu; yum!

Delicious food and great service. Everything we had was tasty but especially enjoyed Peking Duck and dessert. Take home cakes were a great touch as well.

This was my first Michelin Star dining experience. The service and the atmosphere were outstanding! The food was quite good but I must say I was expecting better. Lemon Chicken was a Honey Lemon Chicken, but I found the honey overwhelmed the lemon flavor, and the chicken was not as tender as I would expect. Fried Jumbo Shrimp w/Candied Walnuts were excellent. Pork Fried Rice was good but a bit bland. They added many deserts at no additional charge that were very good. Overall a nice experience, but for food taste preferences, Wazuzu, which is also located at Wynn/Encore, has better food.

Every aspect, from plating to presentation, reflects the restaurant’s Michelin-starred quality. Perfect for special occasions, Wing Lei combines opulence with incredible food. It’s a must-visit for those seeking world-class Chinese cuisine in Las Vegas.
