Simple counter-service restaurant where everything is served in foam containers and condiments serving size packets, fountain soft drinks or bottles are available, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. On this first visit, we didn't even have wings, opting for chicken tenders and fried catfish, but we can't wait to come back for those two dishes alone. The meats were really good, but we couldn't get enough of the crinkle fries (with seasoning) which were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. I also really enjoyed the hush puppies and coleslaw which remind me of Long John Silver's.

I called in my order of 50 piece bone in wings. I was on Austin Hwy when I called in my order, so I knew there would be a wait when I arrived. There was an undecided couple in front of me, but I was finally able to pay for my order. They always show you the food before bagging it, and I think the chicken I got was malnourished because my 50 piece was the tiniest wings I have ever seen in my life! The flavors were delicious, but why were the wings so small this time? I wish the Austin Hwy location was opened on Sundays, but I'm glad Walzem Rd wasn't closed.

We decided to stop by on a Sunday because in the past we had a really good experience. That was about two years ago. On this visit, the customer service was really good same as our previous visit. On this trip the food was not so great. My French fries were either old or just soaked with grease. They were horrible. My Philly cheese steak was oily and not that great either. Our wings were good. We also got the shrimp fried rice. I believe the shrimp was frozen shrimp. The rice tasted a bit old. My meal on this visit would be perfect if I was tipsy and needed some grease ridden food to satisfy my appetite. But seeing I wasn't stoned the food quality was a bit sub par. Keep in mind we spent about $30 bucks for our food. Won’t be stopping by anytime soon.

This is my second time ordering from them, and the food was just as delicious this time as it was last time. I ordered their beef gyro plate with seasoned fries and their individual side of fried okra which is a very large individual size. My husband got the chicken tenders and seasoned fries and the mozzarella sticks. It didn't take long for them to make the food, it came out hot and fresh. The staff have always been cordial and polite. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, although I seem to go when it's slower for them so it's also not very loud in there the two times I've gone. I feel like I'm eventually going to try everything on this menu because so far we've thoroughly enjoyed the gyro, chicken tenders, okra, fried mozzarella sticks and their burger.

My sister and I were visiting our family that lives in San Antonio. Our cousin told us this place had good rice and fish. These being two of our favorite things, we decided to drop in. The food was delicious! I liked the rice and the fish was good as well. My husband had the wings. They were pretty tasty. Overall we would definitely drop in again next time we're in town.
