White Cottage Pizzeria

Delicious pizza in Elgin area. My first time here and we loved it. It’s more of a take out place. They do have few tables to dine in there as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something that’s local and not a national pizza chain.

Heavy on the toppings is the way they roll. Be prepared you're gonna be full. Delicious pizza. Their crust runs a little bit on the thicker side and has a nice doughy taste to it. Good Savory pizza sauce and then high-quality cheese and toppings that they lay on thick. It's gotten a little pricey in the last couple years with inflation but still worth it when you want the quality stuff

So I don't normally give bad reviews, but I have had nothing but bad service from White Cottage in Elgin several times in a row, mostly bad delivery issues, this time 1 hr 30 mins, and food is cold, 2 weeks ago over 2 hours as their driver was pulled over and arrested for a warrant as they told me over the phone after I called for a 3rd time to find out when we were get our food, always an attitude when I call with an issue

I've wanted to try this place for a while got tire of the other food places around there and I must say best decision ever! the food was Excellent!!. I had the calamari which was fresh tender and fried perfect. I also got a 18 inch meat lover pizza it was cheesy and meaty absolutely delicious.

Placed an order over the phone the guy taking the order was unprofessional didn't ask for my phone number or name and he was in a hurry to take my order I told him I had a coupon for a free small cheese pizza with a purchase of $40.00 or more, when I arrived my order was short he screwed up my order and now thanks to him it ruined my whole familys meal told me if I waited they would make the pizza for me but while I wait for the pizza they didn't make now my other food will be sitting there cold. My family and I regularly order from white cottage because other food establishments always screw up my orders, now white cottage is doing the same thing. How difficult is it to take an accurate order.
