This White Castle was just remodeled and it looks great! Service was professional, and fast. Food was delicious and made fresh. Highly recommend the onion rings. So delicious! Come check their new look out.

I recently visited White Castle last week in Gurnee and ordered 12 sliders. The price was quite reasonable, and the service was impressively fast. The staff even helped me get a good deal for 12 sliders instead of ordering the whole box, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I was very satisfied with my meal. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I just wanted a water cup with my order, she gave me a water bottle and I told her, sorry I just meant a water cup. And asked for a refund on the bottle. I was not rude I just didn’t know they had water bottles. The employee who checked me out then got frustrated with me and was upset I wanted a refund. I wasn’t mad at her and i genuinely don’t understand what the problem was. The manager was nice and gave me a refund but it’s very uncomfortable to be stared at and judged like you did something wrong when you did not. Will not come again.

First time ever at a white Castle. My husband and my self are from out of town and just passing through, so we figured we try it out. Not to impressed.I really wish we would have got better fries! The fries were kinda cold and soggy! The burgers were good. Could have been a little warmer. We were at white Castle by 11:05am. So you would think the food would be fresh🤔
