Whataburger

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I placed a curbside order last night at 8:20pm and it was supposed to be ready between 8:25pm and 8:28pm. At 8:45pm, the order was still not ready. I watched as several vehicles that pulled up to the drive thru, way after I had been parked for sometime, received their food before me. I even saw several employees leave with food for themselves while I was still waiting. I had to walk in to see what was going on and an employee claimed they were still “making fresh fries.” My food was still not ready when I walked in to check on the status. The manager, or whoever it was that claimed to be in charge, was extremely rude. She would not give me my money back because I placed my order through the Whataburger mobile app and said I needed to contact customer care to get my money reimbursed. She had a horrible attitude and didn’t even apologize for the hassle. After waiting that long, I left with no food and my money was not reimbursed. Don’t ever consider going to this location. The workers, as well as the manager, are rude, can careless about providing good service and have ZERO respect for paying customers.

I love whataburger hashbrowns in the morning and have NEVER had hashbrowns almost burnt. The drivethru window young lady said oh thats how they're coming out so she sent another yoing lady tomask me whats wrong. I said these have been cooked twice or they burnt she offered to remake them and had me to pull up to wait which was no problem. The problem was the new hashbrowns came out the exact same burnt like I don't know how these are supposed to look or taste. Please fix this location's food quality as we should not have to accept overcooked crispy burnt greasy food. I've NEVER been served hashbrowns like this in life. Come on now!! I had to return it and get a refund i just couldn't eat it..it was horrible 🤮

So i been here a few times, and it's usually a hit or miss. Today was a hit. My burger was great bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños. My fries, though they were perfect. Nice and crispy soft on the inside and perfectly salted. My thanks to whoever made my fries. Put me in a better mood.

I ordered at 9:52 sat there till 10:10 I ordered the 3 count tenders meal and all I got was this crappy greasy old ass tenders no fries. I am angry because I wasted money and to drive back after waiting that long absolutely not. Seriously this is ridiculous and the lady who was running the food asked me at least 5 times what my order was and all for them to do this. 10/10 spend your money elsewhere .

No ice for the drinks and my chicken sandwich was not fresh. Took 27 minutes to get my order, dine in. I took 2 bites of my chicken sandwich and threw it in the trash and left with my hot tea with no ice
