UberEats BOGO brought me to this random location. The congee was actually pretty good for basic congee. The portions are quite large and can easily be shared. And the rice noodle rolls were okay. I think it’s the soy sauce on the noodle rolls that throws me off a little bit. I’ve definitely had better but still pretty delicious. 4 items for $17 is a heck of a deal. Would definitely return with these prices. 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️.

This is one of the newest location of West Street cuisine. I visited their other location and will give this location a try. I had their daily special Beef offal rice noodles soup and it is ok. Services is ok. Parking is a challenge here during dinner time.

Walked in randomly and the food was pretty good!! Just not a lot of menu were available.

I love this place. Used to go to the midland location. Now they have opened in Markham! The portion is huge, I thought I could finish these two but nah. The price is cheap comparing to other places. Very decent. Everything fresh, the owner is super friendly. The rich noodle rolls are delicious, It’s a gem in Markham 🧜🏻‍♂️

Uninspiring and salty. We came to eat here on the recommendation of a family friend. She used to eat when they were a standard food stall. We ate there before and it was pretty good congee. They closed the food stall and moved into this restaurant location. We decided to try out the restaurant location. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The metal chairs are a bit tight. If you have a larger body type, I would recommend seating along the benches. The staff is friendly and helped explain things on the menu. We ordered the pork and preserved egg congee, our standard order. We also tried their deep fried squid and pork ribs with black bean sauce steamed rice which were new items on the menu. We found that the congee was saltier than before. The fried squid was also too salty as well. The steamed rice was ok. But the pork ribs was also too salty. If you like your salt, it’s fine. But we found everything too salty. The food was definitely not the same as before. The restaurant is nice and the food is passable but there’s plenty of other options in the area.
