If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, ate over half of it and then realized the bottom of the bun was moldy and I unknowingly consumed some of that mold. I also ordered 10 chicken nuggets and they gave me spicy nuggets. That’s not as bad as the mold, however, when the nuggets were for my little boy and the burnt his mouth, that’s a bigger issue for me. Avoid this location.

I’m not sure of the ladies name that’s is a manager there but she was on top of her game. The food is usually cold or room temp but this time it was perfect! I usually don’t eat somewhere again if I’m disappointed but you know it’s Wendy’s you like it either way but now it’s my favorite. That woman made sure my meal was on point I could tell by the way she handled my order that she was controlling the works. Thank goodness they finally found someone who knows what they are doing! Bravo! Check it out before she’s gone!

At 1024 am inorder 2 JBC one with no bun. “Sir we’re still serving breakfast”. Ok cool. Let me get a breakfast baconator combo and a sausage egg and cheese with no biscuit (wheat flour allergy). “Sir I apologize but do you want extra sausage on the bacinator because we are out of eggs because we are switching over from breakfast to lunch”. So……. You’re not serving lunch, and you’re not prepared to serve breakfast? And I’m supposed to accept a breakfast baconator that’s really just sausage and bacon because you didn’t do your job correctly? No. I wanted the sandwich made correctly. What a joke!

This Wendy’s is ridiculous how they never can get an order right. I Turned around because they didn’t give me half of my order only to get home and find out that they didn’t even complete my order or give me what I asked for. I called and nobody answered the phone calls This is my second day calling with no phone call answered pretty upset that I spent the money that I spent and didn’t get my order nor can I get in contact with anybody to at least compensate fur their laziness. Also, the workers always have an attitude just don’t go.
