While I understand it’s fast food this shit is crazy. I don’t eat out often but I just wanted a decent burger and cheese fries and what I got was disgusting I will not be eating it and I don’t understand why my fries were shiney and inedible. They were hard as rocks. And the cheese was burnt some how???

This restaurant is clean and well organized. I received excellent customer service here today. I purchased an Apple Pecan chicken salad. Demari was very polite, professional and courteous and the new manager Bri is Great ! This restaurant appears to be organized and run well. I received my order so fast I literally couldn't believe it. 'll be back!

Waited in line thru drive thru..not during a.busy time...got a few sandwiches...cold,.hard nasty fish sandwich...had to pull forward and wait..exactly for what? Not for fresh food. Will not come back

Received my food hot and fresh and a nice warm welcome from Tonya! Which I greatly appreciate, great customer service. I really hate ordering food and it’s room temperature but, this Wendy’s was on it! Also, them Spicy Garlic nuggets is a must try!

Nov. 10th, 2024 730pm - woman at the drive thru was super nice, sweet, kind, and great/fast service - in the past this place has taken forever to get your food (20+ minutes), got orders wrong, and had rude employees - not today. If they continue improving like this, more people will come back, they'll make more money, and I'll change my rating to 5star.
