Wendy's

This store is filthy! As a family of four, we arrived at this restaurant for a late lunch around 2 pm. I understand the lunch hour rush but this shift didn't even try to clean the store. The dining room was a mess, none of the tables were wiped down, chairs all over the place, dirt on the floor, trash on tables, pans on the floor to catch water from a leaky roof? Went to the bathroom to wash my hands.... piss on the toilet seat, trash on the floor, rolls of toilet paper on the floor, etc. The food was not that much better. We love Wendy's but this store has to do better... This falls on the owner and management! Horrible experience!? Do better!

Look I get not following at policy but tonight a worker was literally handling the food with her bare hands. And there were dirty rags all over the counter. Absolutely not. And your cashiers are sucky and rude. Y’all if you don’t want a die or get a disease don’t come here just pay a little extra and go somewhere else 😭 .

We travel some and have had quite a few bowls of Taco salad and the last 3 from our local area has not matched other areas and states. There has been mostly 'chili and beans' in most other places and not watered down with maybe 7 or 8 beans and a few pieces of hamburger in it. We understand costs and all.. but that's just not up to standards.

Food: 1/5, sometimes it tastes okay but more often than not it's underwhelming, soggy, and disgusting. I've had chicken patties here that are too hard to bite into. Also, I've had experiences where hair has fallen into my food. Likely to get food poisoning here. Service: 1/5, it always takes at least ten minutes to at least half an hour for the cashiers to even ACKNOWLEDGE you. They will straight up ignore you and not acknowldge you at all sometimes. They are incredibly rude whenever you do finally get service and mumble and get snappy when you can't hear them. Also, they Atmosphere: 1/5, the lobby is always filthy and garbage is strewn about, they don't wipe the tables and clean the floors nearly enough. Sometimes there's this old creepy man that mumbles to himself in there. It's a gross place and gross food, overall. After all the incidents with hair in food and the bathing in sink incident several years ago I'm surprised it's still open. If it's during the day, I would recommend going to the Pace Wendy's instead, it's not that far and you'll get a better experience. If it's during the night, I'd just go somewhere else. Terrible place.

I should have looked at the reviews. I oreded the bacon actor meal and a sour cream and chive potatoe. The meal was correct, however there was no butter, sour cream , napkins, utensils to be seen anywhere. I asked if this was everything and was told Yeah. We probably won't be back unless those stars go up. I should have looked before we stopped. 3.7 is NOT GOOD.
