Wei Shu Wu Hot Pot 味蜀吾火锅

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant twice with both friends and family, and I can confidently say I’ll be returning again and again! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy and tender, and the soup dumplings were an absolute standout — delicate, savory, and packed with the perfect balance of broth and filling. The freshness of each dish truly shines through, and you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. Beyond the food, the ambiance is warm and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel extremely welcome. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough — it’s a true gem that delivers on every level. Looking forward to my next visit already! I recommend making lettuce wraps with the ramen noodles beef and your sauce of choice, it really helped to eat all of the food and not leave too much left overs. I can’t forget to add the drinks were also delicious the melon juice and mai thai were delicious!!

Came here looking for late night eats since my flight to Boston got pushed to night. Have to say this place by far has great service, didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was definitely a pleasure to have assist us. Food was also great! Highly recommend going with at least two flavors - medium/medium is enough spice level for me. If you’re not used to the cuisine or too adventurous, stick with at least the shrimp paste for the recommended. Beef/lamb, meatballs, fish balls, greens and noodles are a must have for optimal flavor - please buy a sauce bowl, don’t make the rookie mistake of not buying that

What a beautiful and delicious spot to eat! Kai was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and had excellent recommendations. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Kai was also very patient explaining how everything worked so we truly got the most out all they had to offer. The rest of the staff we interacted with was also extremely kind. The ordering system they had in place was very smooth and user friendly. The atmosphere and presentation of the meals was one of the best I have ever experienced. Such time and thought was put into each dish that came out. I cannot wait to go back!

We were lucky to get here before the dinner rush so no waiting. Being our first time here, we were given good instructions on the sauces and how to order. The food was very delicious but also very spicy because of the soup. We chose mild hot but I thought it was still very spicy for me. They have a dish with jelly on the sauces cart (not sure what the name is) but I loved it. It was not too sweet but very good. Dumplings were very tasty as well. I believe their spicy scale is based on Asian spicy so be warned!

This isn't all you can eat hotpot buffet. They have 5 different type of broths you can pick. We selected tomatoes and bone broth. The tomatoes broth isn't too sweet. The bone broth is really good and recommended. We felt the broth isn't heavy with msg. We got different meat cuts and veggies. The lava tofu is a must. They were doing a promotion where eat guess can pick ice grass jelly and tofu with sweet sauce. Both of the desserts were good, but the ice grass jelly is highly recommended. It's refreshing. Good sauce selections. They have duck feet and meat you can eat. The staff's were attentive and polite. The food and broth came out pretty quick. The tablet that we used to pick out broths and food was easy to use and navigate. Reasonable price. Definitely would come back again.
