Wei's Cantonese

Absolutely the worst food, let alone chinese food, my family has ever tasted. There's no restaurant it's a warehouse, which is weird. All the ravishing reviews must be paid schills. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. The chicken was a gelatinous mess, the dumplings weren't pork, the egg rolls tasted like a bad fried donut with some meat mixture that was pure salt, the spring rolls were so sweet they make you pucker, the noodles were slimy. The only thing done right was the steamed rice, and let's be honest, how hard is it to make steamed rice. We plated all the food, said grace, and then everyone tasted it and pushed their plates away.

I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Crab Rangoon. Both were super good! The portion size was very generous in my opinion as well. This is just a kitchen, so it’s take out or delivery only. I went and picked it up myself, it was very easy to find and well marked with signage. Will definitely be eating here again and recommending to anybody looking for this kind of food in the Boise area!

I tried this place once from my fiancé ordering one night and I can't stop eating it! The food is always so delicious! Super savory in just the right ways plus the portions are super generous! The flavors are amazing not over baring and it is always warm/hot by the time it gets here! I 100% have and still recommend this place if you are ever needing a tasty meal!

Sure, it's not the absolute best I've had, but it does the job for me, and their portion sizes are so remarkably generous that it leaves you no choice but to give them 5 stars. I got a 2 person meal for myself to divide over a weekend, but it lasted me almost a week.

I originally saw Bobby Alexander Rapacon Datingaling review a while back on Facebooks “Boise food finds” group about Wei’s Cantonese and had to try it….and oh my gosh 😍😍😍 it was SO DANG GOOD!! I got the special chow rice noodle along with the Crab Rangoon’s. I live in Nampa and know that it’s more of a “ghost kitchen” so I was nervous the food quality wouldn’t be as great. I ordered through Grubhub and the food got here about 30/45 minutes after the driver picked up the order, and an hour total from the time I placed the order.. But the food was hot and I didn’t feel the quality lacked at all. Please give them a try!!
