Way Ho Restaurant

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Way Ho , and it was an absolute disaster. The chicken was practically inedible, with a texture that was beyond unappetizing and zero flavor to speak of. To make matters worse, the meal was outrageously overpriced for the poor quality I received. I felt completely ripped off and will never make the mistake of ordering from here again. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Food was absolutely terrible. Wasn’t even edible. The meat tasted expired, the mustard definitely was. The food tasted like a sweaty gym sock. The orange chicken was cold, overcooked, hard, and slimy. I’ve always driven by here and will continue to do so.

This is my go to place for Chinese food. In fact, it's the one I judge all other Chinese restaurants by. I try to get by here at least once a month, sometimes much more often. Anytime I go on a road trip, I stop at Way Ho on my way back into town. Great location, great food, decent prices, friendly and fantastic staff. I usually don’t trust 1-star reviews because most people leave one star if they’re upset about a single, isolated incident, even if the food is good. So I ignored the reviews and ordered takeout from this place anyway. Boy did I make a huge mistake. The food really is that bad. I’m hoping this one-star review will convince the owners to hire someone to redesign the recipes, because right now the food is borderline inedible, which is a shame.

I was referred to this restaurant from a few people who said it was very good. I live in Plymouth and was in the area and wanted good Chinese food. My bill was over $100. Stopped in to order take out, when I got home the broccoli I ordered was rotted, it was black, basically old broccoli that was not good. The Orange Chicken had no taste or hint of orange in it. The General Tso chicken was not thoroughly cooked, very bland. We also ordered House Fried Rice, no flavor, spare ribs and an order of egg rolls, which were not very good. Overall, not a good experience and I will not be ordering from there again.
