About Wang's Gourmet

Wang's Gourmet is a Chinese Restaurant situated at 12 E Arapahoe Rd in Littleton, Colorado. For those seeking local Chinese cuisine, Wang's Gourmet has been an established option, serving the community for a significant period.

However, recent customer feedback provides insights that potential patrons may find relevant. One review described the Tom Yum soup as having a thick, celery-like broth with ingredients such as celery, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, egg flakes, and four small shrimp. The Seafood Combo Delights was noted to contain large pieces of cabbage, carrot, and zucchini with an earthy taste, along with four small shrimp, inexpensive snow crab, and items resembling scallops but tasting like fish balls. This customer expressed dissatisfaction with their meal.

Another long-term customer shared a concerning experience involving the discovery of multiple hairs in a recent order of brown rice. Despite contacting the restaurant and providing photo evidence, they were informed that no one in the kitchen had that type of hair. This customer expressed disappointment with the restaurant's response and their decision not to offer a refund, especially after being a patron for 40 years. They also mentioned a prior decline in food quality and stated they would not be returning, advising others about potential cleanliness issues and poor customer service.

Based on this recent feedback, potential customers may want to consider these experiences when deciding whether to dine at or order from Wang's Gourmet. While the restaurant has a history in the community, recent reviews highlight potential inconsistencies in food quality and concerns regarding cleanliness and customer service.

Wang's Gourmet can be contacted at (303) 347-2323 or +1 303-347-2323 for further inquiries. However, it is recommended that prospective customers take the recent reviews into account when making their dining decisions.

How do they think Tom Yum looks like: thick broth that tastes like celery, slices of celery, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, egg flakes and four small shrimp. Seafood Combo Delights: huge pieces of green cabbage, carrot and zucchini have earthy taste, four small shrimps, very cheap snow crab and things that look like scallops but taste like fish balls. You’ll never see us again.

We have been eating at Wang's Gourmet for 40 years. We ordered $70 work of food last night, and so far have found 3 hairs in the brown rice. Each time I pulled it from my mouth, gross! I don't know why I kept eating after the first time, which was last night. I find the other two when we were eating leftovers tonight. I called the restaurant and they had me send photos. They told me that no one in their kitchen has that type of hair. I don't know how they could tell that from a photo, and I have no reason to cause a stir because we've enjoyed their food for years. I simply wanted a refund, which didn't seem to be asking much. We won't be going back. We'd already discussed how their food has not been the quality that our used to be, so we weren't going back anyway. I just wanted to warn others about the unclean conditions and poor customer service.

I think we made the mistake of ordering this through an app again. My bad on that part. Could someone please tell me where frying a bunch of noodles and putting it atop stir fried meat snd veg comes from? Many Asian cultures pan fry noodles but none I have come across do so like this. Even if it does have roots in Asia they are rubbery and tough when expecting pan fried noodles. The other dishes seemed like a $1 scoop place. The dumplings were good all not a fan.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! WORST PAN FRIED COMBO EVER!! Sauce Leaked all over the bag and in our vehicle. Return to store as it was completely uneatable!!! Asked for refund and was denied!! Offered only a lesser value food. Will never go back after over 15 years of being a customer!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Not to mention food poisoning and being sick all night after eating the dumplings.
