After countless ads and reviews on my social media, I decided to try Walala with my friend visiting town. I ordered a dry noodle dish while my friend went for a spicy broth dish. The hand-pulled noodles were fresh and chewy. My dry dish was flavorful but I wish the peanuts were crushed instead having full peanuts in the dish. My friend's broth was flavorful and well seasoned.

Great little spot and very unassuming. Made our way here on New Years Day for the hand made noodles. Did not disappoint. Super clean, friendly and on point. Looked at other tables and had to hold back from ordering everything. Great flavors for spicy and non spicy. Will be back to try more.

All you can noodle!! What I got the traditional beef hand pulled noodle combo spicy. Presentation was not top priority.. ha so it means it’s good. The noodles were good, they were cooked a little too chewy for me, but non the less good. So good I got extra, which were free!! This is quite impressive for being freshly pulled! The beef slices were okay, I thought it was thicker and more tender, did not look like the photos in the menu book. I got the spicy and it was okay, not as spicy for me. Not sure if it is because I was busy but the noodle can take a bit before it arrives Environment Located in the Chinatown plaza off 50 in the same plaza as Enron market. There is plenty of parking available. The inside could get quite packed pretty quickly. I was with a party of 5 and they stuck us on a table with just adding a side chair, which may be because one of the party was a kid. The mood inside is more casual vibes. Niceness of the staff You know how it is at the Asian restaurants. These servers are very effective, you can call on any of the servers and they can assist you. I doubt they pay much attention to details but I asked for the noodles to be cooked a bit softer and they ignored it. Dollar It was expensive for noodles I thought, but I guess it assumes the extra noodles. It was $18. Yes/No? Yes, sure, slurp away. Great first experience

This was def a Asian vibe! I enjoyed the little seating areas for dining. Big bowls of hand made noodles! I had their waygu special with dry noodles. Too much chili oil for my liking but a broth would have been a nice touch. We also had the wings which were too spicy to enjoy and fried too hard. The edamame was cold and had no flavor, the garlic cucumber weren't the best. Def a must try.

I loved sitting at the bar area because I got the chance to watch them make our food. That was an awesome experience! The broth of the hand-pulled noodles that we ordered was really good! The dumplings were also juicy! It was just a busy restaurant so it took some time for them to take our orders but that’s understandable. 🤍 I’d recommend going in here!
