Based on customer feedback, WAH SING CHINESE RESTAURANT presents a multifaceted dining destination. One reviewer lauded the restaurant as a "hidden gem," highlighting the "impeccable" service characterized by friendliness, speed, and knowledge. This customer particularly praised the "extraordinary" food, mentioning the freshness, delicacy, and flavorful nature of the dim sum. The orange chicken was also noted as a standout dish, described as perfectly cooked with a tangy and sweet sauce. The ambiance was portrayed as "cozy and welcoming," with a warm decor that evokes the feeling of dining in a small, family-run establishment in China. The overall atmosphere was described as a balanced blend of peacefulness and liveliness. This positive review strongly recommends WAH SING to anyone seeking excellent Chinese cuisine.

However, another customer shared a different experience, particularly concerning a takeout order. This review pointed out an initial confusion upon entering the restaurant due to separate areas for Chinese food orders and Mongolian BBQ. The dishes ordered included pork chow mein, teriyaki chicken, and broccoli beef, none of which met the reviewer's expectations. The chow mein noodles were described as having an unusual texture and lacking in seasoning and the characteristic "breath of the wok." The teriyaki chicken was notably different from what was expected, resembling sesame chicken with crispy chicken nuggets, a sweet sauce, and sesame seeds, which the reviewer felt did not align with the description of teriyaki chicken. The broccoli beef was deemed acceptable but unremarkable. This customer expressed disappointment with the quality of these specific Chinese dishes, especially considering the cost, and suggested focusing on the Mongolian BBQ aspect of the restaurant.

It's important to note that WAH SING CHINESE RESTAURANT also features a Mongolian BBQ option, which was specifically recommended by the second reviewer. This suggests that the restaurant offers a dual culinary experience, catering to different preferences. The presence of both traditional Chinese dishes and a customizable Mongolian BBQ indicates a broader approach to Chinese cuisine, allowing diners to choose from familiar favorites or create their own stir-fry.

Considering the available information, WAH SING CHINESE RESTAURANT offers a diverse culinary landscape. While one customer enthusiastically praised the traditional Chinese dishes like dim sum and orange chicken, along with the service and ambiance, another customer found some of the takeout items to be disappointing. The mention of a separate Mongolian BBQ section suggests an additional draw for customers who enjoy interactive and customizable dining experiences.

For local users considering WAH SING CHINESE RESTAURANT, it appears to offer a potentially rewarding dine-in experience, particularly for those interested in classic Chinese dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. The positive feedback regarding the service and specific dishes like dim sum and orange chicken indicates areas of strength. However, those opting for takeout of certain standard dishes might want to consider the feedback provided and perhaps inquire about preparation methods or consider other menu items. The presence of the Mongolian BBQ offers an alternative that at least one reviewer suggested as a highlight.

In summary, WAH SING CHINESE RESTAURANT in Suisun City presents itself as a Chinese restaurant with a varied offering, including traditional Chinese cuisine and a Mongolian BBQ. Customer reviews suggest a pleasant dine-in environment with commendable service and well-received specific dishes. However, experiences with certain takeout items may vary. Local users are encouraged to explore the menu and consider both the positive and constructive feedback when making their dining decisions. Whether you're craving delicate dim sum, flavorful orange chicken, or the interactive fun of Mongolian BBQ, WAH SING CHINESE RESTAURANT offers a range of options to satisfy different tastes.

This place is a hidden gem! The service was impeccable—friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The food was extraordinary; the dim sum was fresh, delicate, and full of flavor. The orange chicken was a personal favorite, perfectly cooked with a tangy, sweet sauce. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with an inviting, warm decor that made it feel like we were dining in a small, family-run spot in China. The overall vibe was peaceful yet lively, striking the perfect balance. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Chinese food!

Ok, so, my roommate and I ordered from here. A drive to pick it up. 1st of all it's confusing as you step thru the door. 1 way for the Chinese food orders the other for the Mongolian BBQ part. Once I saw an employee I said I was there to pick up an order. We chose pork chow mein, teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. None of these was to either of our liking. The chow mein noodles were a weird texture and lacking in seasoning and "the breath of the wok." The terryaki chicken was not like any we'd seen before, it looked more like sesame chicken with crispy chicken nuggets, a sweet sauce and sesame seeds on top it didn't read terryaki at all. The broccoli beef was okay nothing to scream about. 3 items costing just shy of $43 and we threw out the "terryaki" because the crispy batter went all soggy and there was no way to save it. The other items need help which I might be able to fix but all this to say... STICK TO THE MONGOLIAN BBQ

Rice does not come standard with an entree and there is no option to order rice through Uber eats. When I called and asked if it was missed in the order I was told they don't provide rice with an entree. Staff was unhelpful and short. Don't waste your time or money.

I came in for soup because my man wasn’t feeling well. I wasn’t sure what to get, The young man at the cash register suggested two different soups that may make him feel better. when he handed it to me, he says “I hope he feels better soon”. It really is the little things that make a difference!! I’ll definitely be back when he is feeling better! Just when I was sure the younger generation has no skills when it comes to customer service. Thank you young man! And the soup was yummy!!
