Well, what can I say? It’s a Waffle House! I don’t usually leave reviews, but heck, I needed to say something nice about this place cuz of all the memories I got goin here. This place reminds me of mah momma. Nothin like a plate of waffles and cigarette at 11pm. Yea, there might be a few grease stains on the windows and a few crumbs in my booth, but that just aint Waffle House without it. The customer service is always great, friendly staff who do a good job. Waffle House, you’ll always have a special place in my heart. Amen.

This Waffle House was right next to our hotel. It was POPPING. They had seats of people waiting, and every booth and chair was taken. I had my little one with me, who is not the most patient human. There were good seven people ahead of us, but we were seated quick. The workers here were busting their butts. I’m not sure if this location is always this busy or if it was just Black Friday, but I was impressed by the employees.

We stopped here today and our waitress Keri was professional friendly and exactly what a waitress should be. I truly believe her attitude and and the service she provided made our meal taste better and was definitely more enjoyable.

Customer service is awful! Cook didn’t even cook my food to par. Server didn’t even knowledge me once I got my food. Didn’t check on me. This Waffle House is awful!!! They worried about their relationship more than anything! Other cook once before said if I didn’t wanna eat there then don’t! That’s wild! I won’t be tipping the servers at all if I EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION PERIOD!! THE WORSE EVER!!!

We eat at waffle house frequently in various locations but we will not be coming back to this one. Its too cold inside to enjoy your food. I ate fast like I was back in basic training and my food was cold before finishing. We mentioned this to the server and she replied, "we do that on purpose" in a not so nice tone. You freeze your customers so they will rush out and not tip generously? Okay!
