Volcano Sushi, Grill, Bar& karaoke (Town Center)

I had an amazing experience at Volcano Sushi, Grill, Bar & Karaoke in Town Center! From start to finish, everything was top notch. I started with the Flaming Volcano drink, which was not only a spectacle but also deliciously smooth with just the right amount of kick. For dinner, we went all out with the Grand Volcano Carnival, where you get to choose five special rolls. Every single one was incredible! The Yaming Yaming had a perfect balance of flavors, the Tiger Roll was fresh and flavorful, the Golden Lobster was rich and indulgent, the Jaguar Roll had a nice spicy kick, and the Phoenix Roll was an absolute standout. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the service was fantastic. Whether you’re here for sushi, drinks, or a night of karaoke, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited Volcano Sushi, Grill, Bar & Karaoke, and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our waitress, Jasmine, made the evening even better with her friendly and attentive service. She was personable, checked in regularly, and ensured everything was just right—without ever being overbearing. The food was top-notch. We started with some delicious appetizers that set the tone for the meal—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The grilled items were cooked to perfection. Each dish felt carefully prepared and really elevated the dining experience. The karaoke bar was lively and in full swing while we dined, adding an extra fun vibe to the atmosphere. Though I didn’t take part in the karaoke this time, the energy in the room was contagious. I’m already planning my next visit and, who knows, maybe I’ll give a song or two a try! Overall, Volcano Sushi, Grill, Bar & Karaoke exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to return. Great food, great service, and a lively ambiance make it a spot worth coming back to.

It is a very cool place with a great atmosphere. Moving pictures take up an entire wall with scenes from Japan. Very beautiful. The sushi (avocado and sweet potato for me since I'm vegan) was very good. The kitchen food was not as good. The noodles had excessive sesame oil. They have no vegan salad dressings and could only offer me vinegar. They used soft tofu instead of firm for the tofu teriyaki. The server was friendly, informative, and helpful. However, no one ever removed a dirty dish from our table. We kept stacking them up on the end of our table when we were done with them. They were still there when we left after paying our bill and finishing our drinks. This place has private karaoke rooms that are soundproof and rented by the hour. We will come back and try that!

Review: 1/5 Stars We recently visited Volcano with a group of friends from work, eager to have a great time as we’ve enjoyed karaoke nights before at another spot. Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing from the start. We were excited by the setup, which included a huge selection of songs and the ability to use YouTube, but the service was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we waited at the bar to order drinks while our room was being set up, but no one attended to us. After finally ordering, it took over 45 minutes to get our first round of drinks. I also ordered an appetizer, but it didn’t arrive until the very last plate of food, as it was apparently forgotten by the kitchen staff. The waitress was quick to assure us it wasn’t her fault but didn’t take responsibility for the delay. To make matters worse, while one of my friends was singing, the manager came in and turned down the microphones so low that we couldn’t hear anything. We mentioned this to the staff and hoped they’d adjust the volume, but the response was unsatisfactory. Instead, the music became unbearably loud, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the karaoke experience. Throughout the night, the staff was inattentive and, frankly, rude. It was clear they were not interested in making sure we had a good time. This place could have so much potential, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Fortunately, I won’t be coming back or bringing anyone here again.
