The owner of the restaurant is very nice and enthusiastic. He treats his customers very politely. This place has a calm atmosphere and the music is always nice. The food is delicious and the best part is the bubble milk teas. This place is known for its delicious and wide variety of bubble teas, you can't go wrong with any option you choose! This place is also very clean.

I absolutely love this boba spot! The drinks are always fresh, and they taste amazing every time. My kids have a blast choosing their own ingredients to add to their boba, which makes it a fun experience for the whole family. The place is always clean, and the music playing in the background adds to the chill vibe. It’s definitely our go-to place for a refreshing treat! The staff is always super friendly.

Jason is the owner and absolutely so kind — also doesn’t hurt that the drinks are comparable to places like Tiger Sugar (the creme brûlée brown sugar drink has crunchy sugar!!!)

I am a regular at this wonderful tea shop, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Their pepper salt popcorn chicken and bbq sausages are simply delightful, always crispy and packed with flavor. And let's not forget about their jasmine milk tea—it's the perfect blend of fragrant jasmine and creamy goodness. The consistency and quality of their beverages and snacks are truly commendable. I highly recommend stopping by this gem of a tea shop if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed!

I usually stop by Vivi to have boba tea and popcorn chicken. My fav drink is either 3Q milk tea or coffee boba milk tea. Their popcorn chicken is a must when it comes to snacks! Pretty pricey but always coming out hot, fresh, and crunchy. If you love spicy, make sure you get that one but if you cannot deal with heat, you can choose salt-pepper, garlic, or basil. Parking in the center so there’re plenty of spaces. Friendly service but look like there’s only one person work for both food and drink sections. Totally recommend it!
