VIP Express can be contacted by phone at (336) 272-0700 or via their mobile number, +1 336-272-0700. These contact details allow local users to place orders for pickup or delivery and inquire about their menu and service areas.

Based on the available customer reviews, experiences at VIP Express appear to be mixed, with notable criticisms regarding certain dishes and aspects of pricing, alongside some positive feedback about delivery speed and overall food quality in one instance. One customer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the fried rice, describing the yellow rice as "very very dry" and lacking oil or spices, deeming it "BAD" and suggesting homemade rice would be superior. They also reviewed the Bourbon Chicken, noting the sauce was good but questioning the quality of the chicken itself due to its texture and how it was cut, suggesting it might not have been genuine chicken. The egg roll was rated as "just ok," while the white steamed rice was considered "perfect." This reviewer strongly criticized the "plastic yellow rice" served as fried rice, emphasizing it was not fried and would lead to disappointment. Additionally, they mentioned being charged $1 apiece for three wingettes (not whole wings), which they considered "robbery."

In contrast, another customer reported a positive experience with a delivery order that arrived 10 minutes earlier than estimated. They found the food presentation to be good and the overall food quality to be satisfactory, although they noted that the white rice was different from that of other Japanese restaurants (which might indicate a broader Asian menu or a unique preparation style). This reviewer also suggested lowering the minimum purchase for delivery to $12.00.

Considering these contrasting reviews, local users should be aware of the strong criticism leveled against the fried rice and the perceived value of some items like the wings. The quality of the Bourbon Chicken was also questioned. However, there is a positive note regarding the delivery service's speed and the overall goodness of the food in one instance, suggesting that some dishes might be better received than others. The difference in rice preparation compared to Japanese restaurants might also be a point of interest for some customers.

As a Chinese restaurant with a focus on takeout and delivery, VIP Express likely offers a standard menu featuring a variety of popular Chinese dishes. Based on the reviews, this includes items like fried rice (prepared as yellow rice), Bourbon Chicken, egg rolls, white steamed rice, and wings. The mention of a delivery service suggests that they cater to customers who prefer to eat at home or elsewhere. The reference to "Japanese restaurants" by one reviewer might indicate that VIP Express's menu could include some Japanese-inspired dishes or that the reviewer was simply making a comparison based on their past experiences with Asian cuisine.

Information regarding the environment of VIP Express is not provided in the available reviews. Since the focus seems to be on takeout and delivery, there might be a limited or no dine-in area. Local users who prefer to dine at the restaurant should contact VIP Express directly to inquire about the availability and ambiance of a dining space.

The primary services offered by VIP Express appear to be takeout and delivery. One review specifically praised the delivery being faster than expected. The other review was based on a takeout order. It is advisable for local users to confirm the delivery area and any associated minimum order requirements (the positive reviewer suggested a $12.00 minimum would be preferable) when contacting the restaurant.

Promotional information is not provided in the available reviews. To learn about any current specials, discounts, or new menu items that VIP Express might be offering, local users are encouraged to reach out to them via phone. Many takeout and delivery restaurants offer combination deals or discounts for larger orders.

In conclusion, VIP Express in Greensboro, NC, is a Chinese restaurant primarily serving the community through takeout and delivery. The fried rice isn't good at all. The yellow rice is very very dry. They use no oil or spices to flavor the rice. The yellow rice is BAD. You can make a pot of rice at home and it would be better. So today I had the Bourbon Chicken and the white steamed rice and egg roll. The bourbon chicken sauce was good but I really could not taste the chicken. I've eaten a lot of chicken and they way the chicken was cut up I don't think it was chicken. The egg roll was just ok. And if I have to be honest the white steam rice was perfect. I don't know why these Chinese restaurants serve this plastic yellow rice passing it off as fried rice. It's nothing fried about this place fried rice. Trust me. You are going to highly disappointed. Oh I forgot to mention I got 3 wingettes. They are not whole wings. Selling them for a $1 a piece. This is robbery.
