Vietnam Bistro

We stopped by on a Monday night. There were two other tables already dining when we arrived. The waitress greeted us right away and took our drink order right after we sat down. We had an order of the spicy pork dumplings to start. The texture was excellent and the flavor was just right. Definitely recommend ordering them. For our meal we both got the Pho with round steak and lean well done brisket. I squeezed some siracha and added some fresh jalapenos and a squeeze of lime. It was piping hot with fantastic flavor. The decor was rather plain although the light fixtures were nice and they had 3 TV's playing different video loops. It's in a strip center so hard to make the space stand out. Our check came out to $38 which included two Cokes. I would definitely recommend giving it a try! Plus it's right next door to Buc-ees!

I get so excited when i have a variety of food in one plate. I came hungry and ordered jasmine rice with grilled pork,steamed pork cake and pork chop 🤤 ofcourse, i left nothing on my plate!😋 it was an amazing treat to my growling tummy! My husband also enjoyed his pho, warmth to his belly. Staff was very attentive and professional. Im so glad we discovered this bistro, first time here and i can't wait to come back!🤭…But!!! 2hrs after, definitely had to come back, wish it was to dine again but we accidentally left our card 😝 thanks to the staff for keeping it safe 🙏🏻😅

Service was fine, the place is clean, but the food (at least seafood) highly questionable. My Seafood Curry had 2 pieces of small shrimp and one piece of calamari.... mixed with lots of onion, carrot, broccoli. On the top of it the meal was really tasteless.

Love this place, the C3 (Grilled Pork + Rice) is done perfectly! Super charred and flavorful. My Pho (P1) tasted very flavorful, the meat (tripe and thinly sliced eye round) were very fresh. I just wish the broth is not so rich in I'm not sure of what spices (maybe Star Anise) because it gives the broth a spicy taste like peppery. I prefer my broth to be clear and not too rich in spices. but in all, the taste is perfect, if not for the too strong spices. Maybe next time I visit, I can request a more clear broth. Oh and the restaurant is very clean and everyone was so friendly.

Nice little place. Only giving 3 stars because of the portion size. If you are going to charge 17$ for a plate of chicken and rice, i expect chicken and rice and not onions, green peppers, unlimited lettuce/cilantro and rice. I could count how many pieces of chicken came with my rice.
