Uncle Lee's Cafe appears to be a "hole in the wall" spot that has garnered positive attention for some of its dishes. Customers have specifically praised the sautéed mixed vegetables, highlighting the good variety of vegetables and a savory, delicious sauce. The pepper beef is also noted for being well-cooked and packed with flavor from the bell peppers. Another standout item seems to be the chili oil noodles, with one reviewer appreciating the perfectly balanced sauce that avoided common pitfalls like being too greasy, sweet, sour, or salty. The noodles themselves are described as having a good bite, although they might be served as one long strand.
The lamb soup is mentioned as being quite good, featuring a mellow broth and tender lamb. However, one review noted that the Chinese burger was too dry and salty and did not appeal to them. Additionally, a customer suggested that the restaurant could improve its cleanliness.

Absolutely incredible hole in the wall spot. The sautéed mixed vegetables was actually my favorite dish here. There was a good assortment of all my favorite veggies, and the sauce that it was cooked with was so savory and delicious. The pepper beef was cooked well and packed with incredible flavors from the bell peppers. As for the chili oil noodles, I’m very picky about them because some places can easily make them too greasy, sweet, sour, or salty… but the sauce was perfectly balanced in all aspects. The noodles had a wonderful bite to them, but I think it was more like one long noodle so be prepared to slurp and bite… I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes as I think I’ve found a new favorite!
The lamb soup is quite good. The broth is mellow, and the lamb is very tender. However, the Chinese burger didn’t appeal to me. It was too dry and salty. The restaurant could also benefit from a bit more cleanliness.
Looking for the quintessential little, strip mall Chinese food experience, this is the place. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. Go with what they're known for, and explore from there. Can't go wrong either way. We'll be going back.
First time coming and I'm very pleased. I heard about this mom and pops place from TikTok and had to try it. We got the oil splashed noodles, Cumin lamb, lamb dumpling soup and salted pepper chicken. It was all delicious and had a kick to it...must like spicy. Staff was very welcoming and the environment very clean. They did recommend a lot of different items which was very nice. Poor waitress was so busy and there was one cook. They both did an amazing job and we will definitely be coming back.
We went to this place twice in a week. We were served with authentic northern chinese dishes. Most famous dishes are Xian Cold Noodles, Chinese Burger, Lamb with Bread Soup and Oil Splashed Noodles! Their price can be found in the Xian Famous sections of the menu. The staffs are very nice, told us lots of details about their dishes and what’s the best way to eat them. We were eating there during weekday. Hopefully you will get good recommendations during weekend or busy dinner hours.
