Ume Asian Cuisine

I had the pleasure of trying Ume tonight and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The restaurant itself was spacious, clean, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly. FOOD: The skewers were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Schezuan dumplings had the right amount of spice. We got the "Sushi Mix" combo and it was perfect to share for 2 people. The sushi was very fresh and beautifully decorated. The peppered steak entree was SOOOOO good that I could not stop raving about it. I would 1000% come back and try other dishes on the menu!

OMG!!!! Fantastic! The service was great! They also have parking in the back. The pricing is very affordable. The seasoning of the food was on point. The meat and shrimp were very tender. I ordered the Four Seasons with an egg roll and a couple of my friends order the Shrimp/peppers and Steak/peppers. Their Mango Bubble Tea 🧋 is THE BEST! I ordered 2! One for Lunch and one to go. Definitely would recommend! Hope they stay for a long time!

What an excellent addition to this area! The best Asian food I have had in years, everything is top quality and tastes amazing!! The sushi is the absolute best in the whole of allentown and the decor is sophisticated and elegant. You will not be disappointed in this restaurants menu, atmosphere, or price at all!!

I had the pleasure of discovering "Ume," a Japanese-Thai-Chinese fusion restaurant located in downtown Allentown. Ume not only impresses with its authentic flavors and exceptional craftsmanship but also with the outstanding service provided by the kind and attentive owners. Thus far, every dish we have sampled has come highly recommended, attracting food enthusiasts eager to experience this culinary gem.

Sushi on Hamilton?! Let’s goooo!! This is like my third time coming here and they just opened about 2 weeks ago. Pad Thai was goooooooood! The portion size kept a big guy like me satisfied. Tempura was great! Had the shrimp one time and the chicken another and mmmmmm! This place was much needed in the area. We have a Chinese spot on the other block but the quality doesn’t compare to Ume. This is a true blessing and hope nothing but success! Had the Godzilla roll today and the flavors were out of this world!
